The staff were super helpful and the price was reasonable! Location was great and the unit fit our needs.

Beware, the description says you get AC, we did not get any AC. The room was hot and stuffy. They offered us a fan that somewhat alleviated this problem. Not happy about this! Location wise this hotel is really not that close to the Centre. And, the area around does not feel warm and inviting. You need to walk about 10-15 mins to the Centre. As a woman, I didn't quite feel safe at night walking back to the hotel. It is also a steep short climb to the hotel from one of the main streets.

Loved the Aparthotel. Fabulous location, friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast. The apartment was spacious and well equipped. Will definitely return when in the region. My second stay there so far! Five stars!!

The room was clean and bright, practical modern amenities for travelers, even clothes drying racks, kitchen with all essentials. Nice infusion tea and sweets in lobby. Comprehensive breakfast buffet with gluten and dairy free choices, fruits, eggs, meat, pastries, bread, yogurt. Very friendly and helpful front desk and dining area staff.

First, the staff was really friendly and attentive. The breakfast and location were also perfect. The challenges came with: - parking (a heads up about how to access the hotel before the stay would have been helpful. It was not intuitive and very tight to get in) - cleanliness and room layout: for a family of 4, the room was tight and the cleanliness was questionable - communication about hot water being out of order. For 2 out of 3 nights, we had no hot water. When I asked, I was told it was a neighborhood problem, which I can understand. I just wish I'd known about it before going through 2 cold showers. Overall, location is great and the team was truly caring, but not a 4 star stay.

The apartment met my needs. The staff was efficient and pleasant. The washing machine and clothes dryer on the ground floor were the best I have ever used on my travels. The machine controls were very satisfactory and payment by credit card was easy.

This is a great place for a few days or many. Was recommyby a friend who stayed 3 weeks, we stayed 5 days. Friendly helpful staff, 10 minute wLk to heart of old town, room was excellent with patio, great kitt and bathroom, and incredible value for a great location

The property was a good value close to the square of Aix De Provence. It was nice having breakfast available each morning. The front desk staff and woman who helped with the breakfast area were lovely. There is a kitchen with a large refrigerator in the room. There is a parking garage that is a bit tricky to find your first time. The clearance and spaces are narrow. It is helpful if you rent a car to get something small. The security seemed very good and we felt safe.

Rooms are basic but clean. All is modern. The location and parking can’t be beat. The arrival is a. It confusing because of the issue with a street barrier that goes down automatically but we had never seen one. The street is very quiet. We Haley very wel.

Great location, walking distance to the city centre. The room is nice and spacious. I would go there again.

Fantastic stay. Very helpful staff on reception who gave us recommendations for food and what to see.

The air conditioning was perfect. Hotel is interesting as it is home style living. The beds weren’t the most comfortable, and we had to keep asking for toilet paper and towels as it doesn’t seem they clean each room every day of your stay.

Excellent service
