La comida es buena, la playa es muy bonita. Personal muy amable. Las habitaciones les falta una manita de gato. Pero relación costo beneficio quedamos satisfechos.

WiFi is great in common area, pool, beach & meal area. But no WIFI in the rooms. Rooms We got living room (2 nice couches to sleep 2) Dinning table 2 bedrooms (1-king bed, 2- with 2 twin beds) 2 bathrooms A place to dry cloths and has a sink to rinse cloths or such. You can bring lien cup and they will fill out for you No fridges in rooms Rooms have AC 3 meal times Breakfast Lunch Dinner 1 snack time (nachos, hot dogs & burgers served most of the day, after breakfast and stops before dinner. They have fresh fruit water for every meal every day. Bar opens at 12pm Soft drinks, ice, mixed drinks and beer in cup are free. Caned drinks have a cost. Check in is at 3 but you can arrive since 12 and enjoy the hotel already. We got first floor doors open right to pools. 3 pools 1 about 5 feet 1 about 3 feet 1 for kids like 2 feet Beach You have umbrellas for you with chairs (free) close to bar Can take your drinks down there The raccoons come out when the sun goes down. They are used to people so not mean once. Some vendors come by to sell Beach toys Clams and Oysters Banana rides Kiosko store 2 blocks away (can walk if no car) Launder mat 3 blocks away They count your towels before and after FYI $200 pesos deposit for controllers. Parking Is available No elevators to the top floors

The hotel is falling apart. One of our rooms had a broken window and flooded during the night due to rain. We had no hot water, no room service, no wifi, no tv in the room, and these are all things it was auppised to have. The upkeep of the hotel was shockingly bad. Its literaly falling apart. The staff was good, the beach access was good. The restaurant was closed. Wont let me upload photos herw but ill post the same review on google with photos if i can.

I like the fact that the beach is so close. I also like that is not closed off, so I can see other vendors. The whole crew is really nice and friendly. It's not a fancy hotel, but we were mostly at the beach, so we don't mind it.

Ambiente familiar, las habitaciones algo descuidadas, con goteras, poca variedad de comida en el restaurante pero está bien ya que hay pocas personas y el ambiente es relajante. Sólo hubiera esperado que fuera un poco más económico en cuanto al precio ya que por lo que pagué y lo que recibí me quedaron a deber

Upon check in, I was told I didn’t have reservations through Expedia, even though I did. Then I was told to come back at 1pm & I would have a room. The room was still not ready. I was not happy with check in, the room or food. Hotel is old, bed was hard as a brick & food was not good at all. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!😡

The staff, the beach, the view, and the room. We had a great time with with the family.

Hotels.com booked this hotel for us, it was supposed to be an all inclusive, but the only thing it had was a restaurant. When we called hotels.com we got the run around and then hung up on by a supervisor! Since we were in Mexico we had no way of contacting hotels.com except through the front desk since the hotel didn't have wifi, and then to have hotels.com not care and hang up on us was outrageous. I would not recommend either the hotel, or hotels.com since they don't care about there customers!Hotels.com should be ashamed to recommend a hotel like that!

this is an older hotel ,there might have been 10 other people staying there so the all inclusive food was a choise of two things,what I had was good and there was lots of things to drink.Air conditioning in both bedrooms worked well.I think I over paid,but if you had to put a lot people in here you could.I was only there one night.

In the two weeks we were there the hotels staff was very good to us. We were the only Canadians there at the time and the only ones during the week at times. We had good bus connections from the hotel but there was no place close to walk to or eat. The buffet was not opend most of the time and we had to choose from the menu and variety was not much if you didn't know spanish. It is an ideal place for someone who just wants to relax and not go anywhere. The office supplied bottle water but you had to ask for it. No washcloths, so bring your own. I would stay there again if there were no other places to stay.

THE JACUZZI WAS NOT WORKING, AND THEY DIDN'T SEEM TO CARE. WE TALKED TO ONE OF THE MAINTENANCE MEN, AND HE SAID HE HAD BEEN THERE 3 MONTHS AND IT HADN'T BEEN WORKING SINCE HE HAD BEEN THERE. THE FIRST ROOM WE HAD WAS NOT GOOD AT ALL. LUCKILY THE A/C IN THE MASTER BEDROOM DID NOT WORK, SO THEY PUT US IN A BETTER ROOM. THE ONLY PROBLEM WAS IT WAS ON THE 3RD FLOOR. THE FOOD WAS GOOD, BUT THE OVERALL CONDITION OF THE HOTEL WAS NOT VERY GOOD. IT NEEDED A PAINT JOB BAD.

La habitación estaba horrible y todo el hotel, pésimo perdí mi dinero, de 2 habitaciones. Por favor no vayan!!!! Nunca!!!

Me gusto mucho la vista la tranquilidad el personal y recalcar el chef las comidas y cenas que sirven son deliciosas deverdad lo unico que no me encanta es que no le den mas mantenimiento al hotel como el jacuzzi por ejemplo seria increible que lo arreglen. Todo lo demas exelente.
