Lobby is renovating, rooms are old and our is have leaking before and mold

What a wonderful stay such helpful reception staff Salvador who goes above and beyond and so welcoming and helpful Housekeeping is great and the harbour is lovely and great views and supermarket and eateries local as well as the lovely beach

Old building. Lack of gym and rooftop terrace. Shower in the bedroom

We only stayed one night so this is based on that short stay. Location is prime for this hotel. It is only a block or so from the beach with restaurants and a long promenade. Our room had a balcony that overlooked the pool, canal and marina. Parking is readily available right outside the hotel door. The staff at the front desk spoke English so communication was easy.

Will definitely come back

Did exactly what I needed it to. I was passing through Empuriabrava so just needed a place to sleep for the night. It’s very conveniently located to the beach and the main strip of restaurants for those looking to stay longer though

Service at this hotel is exceptional. We requested an extra comforter and pillows whe we checked in and our check in clerk brought them up herself 3 minutes after we left the counter. Very friendly staff that catters to all your needs. The dinner that evening was amazing. The chef came out while we were in the lobby browsing at the menu and he offered us to make anything we wanted, even if not in menu! His food was outstanding. This is a great hotel!

A great place to stay

Located close to beach and restaurants. Rooms need a little bit of update as they are getting old but they are clean and comfortable. Front desk staff is friendly. We only stayed two nights and did not use the facilities so can't comment on that. We would recommend this hotel.

This is a very nice hotel in a great location. The rooms and the hotel in general are immaculately clean. The restaurant food is good quality. You can walk to the beach in a few minutes and their are plenty of bars and restaurants within a few minutes walk. The hotel has maybe 4 or 5 guest parking places and there are many on street parking spaces outside, however the on street parking must be paid for in the summer (free off season)

Wonderful place! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, full of great recommendations, and the breakfast was excellent with different choices each day. One rainy afternoon we decided to hang out at the bar downstairs for a bit and even that was lovely! Would stay here again.

Stay here most of the time for Business & Leisure. It has everything you need. Would recommend to anyone.

Beautiful view, GREAT food (service is hit or miss)

Booked a single room but when I arrived they showed me it was a tiny space that just held the bed, so upgraded to a very nice double overlooking the canals. The rooms are ok value for money, in a very peasant setting. I was there in off season and even so the parking spaces were often full, so I’d be concerned about parking in high season. Staff are great.

Nice place, sitting on the water, view of boats outside our window. Many restaurants right around the hotel. Staff were really nice and made no fuss when we asked to change rooms due to noisy neighbors. It was a bit further then I expected from Salvador Dali's house but it worked out very well for us. The breakfast buffet was really nice and they made eggs to order. The rooms were very clean and the hotel felt new.

Comfortable room. As usual in Spain there was no kettle in room which would normally be fine except that the bar was closed and we had no means of getting a hot drink throughout our stay. Most of the staff were helpful but on second night we sat in the bar and weren’t able to get a hit or cold drink. We were stuck there and the staff lady was not polite or helpful and said she did not have enough staff to serve us. There was just one other person in the bar. The pool is not heated and the jacuzzi was empty. There was nothing to do in the hotel. Clean rooms and a very good breakfast.

Generally good Can't fault it but could have so easily been excellent
