Great location, great staff. I will definitely stay here again.

Nothing special

We have stayed at this hotel many times and keep on returning, which is the best recommendation we can give. The reception staff is always alert and willing to help. There are few "down issues" one being a chronic problem trying to turn off lights over the bed. It is an electric wiring defect. Again, reception staff are ready to help. I have not stayed at many hotels in Varna, but will return to the Golden Tulip when the time comes

Perfect spot .nice and clean

It is located within walking distance of the old town square—easy paid parking. The room is clean and spacious.

Hair conditioner is must for 4* hotels, air conditioner didnt work properly. Service is excellent, breakfast is enough good

When built, this hotel was magnificent. But today, it is no longer maintained. The room air conditioners do not work. And the hotel can not change batteries in the TV remote control units! The breakfast is so poor that my wife will not bother to eat it. What has happened to this hotel?

We had to be at airport in Varna at 4..30am so stayed in Golden tulip the night before We were very impressed with everything about the hotel all the staff welcoming and lovely the room huge and comfortable Because wecwere leaving so early they even gave us a picnic instead of breakfast! We would highly recommend

The room smelled like a sewage. It was coming through the toilet. I could not even take a shower as I can not bear the smell.

Good hotel with nice facilities

The Golden Tulip Varna is a modern hotel with large, comfortable rooms with newer furnishings, excellent water pressure (on upper floors), reliable internet and electricity. Room rates are reasonable. The room was quiet. The front door to the hotel was not working well, but staff were ready to help. The hotel is located near transit lines (that I did not use). The neighborhood around the hotel is mixed, with new construction and some old neglected properties. Stores of all kinds are located nearby. I recommend this hotel.

Appears to be newly refurbished. Clean. Staff were polite and friendly. Didn’t use the dining facility as just a short walk (15mins) to town centre but breakfast was good. The area around hotel is not pretty but was on business so not a problem for me.

Conveniently situated in Varna. Stay was business related and the hotel provides everything you need for a short trip. 3 local gyms within 50 metres. 6-8lv per session. Breakfast could offer more choice.

Property is perfectly located in the city center; a five minute walk to the square. Streets are all clearly marked with all “tourist activities “. I felt safe and comfortable walking around the entire neighborhood. The staff was very pleasant and eager to assist.

Well the hotel is quite good tbh but its more like a businessman hotel not really for tourist. breakfast was good but for the price i was expecting home made food not so much industrial food. The room was very good the bed great quality. the breakfast staff was very nice. the reception was helpful but i felt like if i was talking to robots xD

Great, big room with a good view. Very friendly and helpful personell.

Super comfortable and clean room. They gave me a fantastic room (702) which had a lovely view of Varna. Reception was super helpful as well at all times. Breakfast was okay, enough choice at all times.

Amazing and friendly staff for the two weeks we stayed. Space was always clean. My only complaint was we went during some Euro Sport conference in Varna and it seemed like everyday another massive team was checking in/out. At one point we had to call the front desk because what appeared to be a middle school team were in half the rooms on our floor and were constantly making noise. At one point left the room to find a group of them camped right outside out door. Not what I would expect at a business hotel l. Besides that would recommend
