Door doesn’t seem very secure. Rooms are very basic. No hair dryer. But for cost was clean and quiet.

This place is old but has good bones. The room was HUGE, with full size fridge and stove. It honestly was a mini apartment. The second bed was in a separate room. So it was really nice for the wife and I to have private time and not worry about the kids seeing us, you can just close the door. I definitely would come back here again!!!

This motel is nothing fancy but perfect for a family wanting to stay close to the boardwalk. 6 of us were comfortable able to stay in 1 room with awsome views. Nothing fancy here but comfortable and easy. Staff were friendly. Will stay here again in the future.

Due to being in close proximity of the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk it was a bit noisy

Property was great. Was by everything we wanted to go to and see. Walking distance made everything super easy.

I would love to give this motel a great review based on how nice the staff was. Unfortunately the property was filthy. The floors and floorboards looked like the inside of a gas station bathroom. Dirty shower, hair and mystery substance on the wall. I immediately went to the office and complained. They did have the cleaning service come back and clean however there was still visible dirt and grime. I think the room was so far gone it really needed like a professional deep cleaning company to come in. The location is great! Right accross from the boardwalk. Other than that I can honestly say I have never seen anything like it was far as how dirty it was.

I like staying at the Aqua Breeze Inn! It’s convenient,clean and walking distance to the Boardwalk!

Terrible experience with people above fighting all night long and people next door blasting tv at 1 am!

Really liked the location of the property being literally right across the street from the Santa Cruz boardwalk!!

Great location, friendly staff.

I didn’t love the dog friendly property because dogs were barking all night. Also the room next to us appeared to be living in the hotel room which is not the kind of property I stay at. Refrigerator froze our drinks, sink was scalding hot water and the shower was Luke warm. Won’t come back.

Staff handled disputes and concerns of the customers very swiftly and with no hassle

This is an older property, but clean. The microwave and fridge came in handy. There was not a coffee maker in the room.. which would have been nice to have. It you are 40 or older… the mattress may pose a challenge for your body. :) overall… great location! Can’t beat an across the street walk to the beach and boardwalk!

The room was great especially the separate room. The downside is they allow dogs and one was there and it was barking all night and kept us up.
