Great service

Aqua breeze is the perfect location for the boardwalk. The staff is great and the rooms are clean. We always enjoy our stay every year!

Room and Property were clean and the staff was very nice. Can't beat the proximity to the beach for the price.

We stayed for 2 nights. Beds are fine to sleep on. Simple and basic room was fine for our trip to the boardwalk. Clean rooms and bathrooms.

The hotel guests literally smoke in front of your door and window and the staff is oblivious to this issue! The AC unit is so laid when working, it literally give you migraine headaches! The water pressure is very bad! All this and more and they charge pretty good amount! Except the location of this place which is literally at the Beach Boardwalk; everything is 1 or 2 star!

The location was great! The pictures look way nicer than in person. It’s definitely motel rooms. They say there is coffee between 8am and 10am but you get coffee packets to take to your room. This is very budget inn and especially for the price of the rooms.

We loved the location.

Over all my check was quick and smooth. Eduardo made sure all my questions and concerns were answered. Very impressed and satisfied.

There are 2 wings; the hotel and long term stays-we stayed in the long term wing.

The only thing good about this place is location. Beds are horrible. Manager is rude. Will never return.

The stay was good. Nice rooms. The only issue we had was that we paid ahead of time to extend our check-out time to 1pm, and this information was not passed along to the cleaning person. She was visibly upset that we were not out of our room at 11am. I had to go down to the office to get the check-out time confirmed. Once confirmed that we had paid for a check-out time of 1pm, the cleaning person walked away (again, visibly upset) that she could not clean the room at 11am. This was not a big deal on my end but could have been avoided had this information been properly communicated.

No "elevator" as stated; also parking area was being paved; recieved notification notice late;was NOt able to cancel reservation. Nice staff; very clean hotel room & outdoor patio. Ideal for large familes with children, Ideal location across from Beach Boardwalk. Back parking area very shady with heavy metal door entrance; but we made it work for a few days of stay.

Walking distance to the boardwalk. Rooms were clean.

We stayed one night while passing through Santa Cruz. We'd stay here again.
