I can smell men cologne in one of the bed. Feel like sleeping in not sanitary bed.

No bedding for pull out bed. Shampoo only available at front desk. AC units so loud you had to turn it off to sleep. Broken TV. Very low water pressure

Everything was great

The hotel is kind of dirty inside not well kept. The walls are scraped and pretty much everything needs to be redone to make it look fresh and clean. Right now it's it's a bed to sleep in and that's about it. It's worn it's tired looking it's not a nice property. If you need a bed great if you leave for that special place to stay at, this is not it

This used to be a great hotel. It’s really old, worn and dated now. AC was not working in the lobby area of the hotel at arrival or check out. Check in staff seemed distracted, he did not answer the questions I asked during check in. I will be removing this property from my go to hotels when in Palm Springs.

Great location, plenty options to eat from fine dining to fast food. Rooms were very clean and quiet. The staff is very dry and welcoming.

hot water broken, AC broken, room dirty

If you plan to spend any time in your room, you'll be watching a handful of TV channels from an antenna where the channel listing is random 4 and 5 digit numbers like 61-124. I felt like it was 20 years in the past and what's worse is they somehow convinced the staff to tell people the TVs are too old for streaming. That's not true, they just don't want to take 5min and spend whatever the data cost to connect WiFi to the TV. I tethered my own and I assure you the TV is a smart TV capable of everything you'd need for a nice visit. This is actually the only Garden Inn I've visited that's being so super cheap with WiFi they won't let you stream. There's not even cable so no on demand, just straight antenna.
