Breakfast was good.

Cute little inn with delicious breakfast and dinner. Everything I ate was amazing. Staff is really friendly. Rooms are quiet and comfortable. Services were sometimes a bit limited however. On a couple slower days there was no dining available or no breakfast. Wouldn’t be a problem except there aren’t many options nearby either. I didn’t have a car so I would have to take the bus into Salzburg if I wanted to eat dinner. Just plan ahead and confirm dining schedule with the staff so you can make alternate arrangements for meals if necessary.

This hotel is 700 years old of charm yet updated, but because of the historic value cannot have an elevator, but the stairs are fairly easy. The owner is very nice. There was a wedding the evening we stayed so the restaurant wasn't open. Once we closed the windows to turn in for the evening, we no longer heard the music. Nice quiet area. The breakfast was very good, If you have a Tesla, there's a tesla station right there.

Amazing location outside of Salzburg, beautiful mountain views. Buffet breakfast was delicious and so was the dinner menu. Cozy rooms, and very cute little hotel. We explored Salzburg, Eagles Nest and surrounding area. Easy access to all with public transit. Bit of a walk from the bus station, about 20 minutes, but very scenic walk.

Location, view, amenities, cost. Friendly staff, great atmosphere and very clean with good sized rooms.

Dining was excellent, ambience was super, and Fritz, the bartender, was outstanding. All employees were very friendly, and the rooms were very nice. A memorable experience. I would book this hotel again.

Hotel was very charming. Staff at the front desk were helpful in answering any questions I had. The morning breakfast buffet was delicious as well.

Nice hotel just a short journey from the centre of Salzburg. We happened to spend a night at the hotel when they had a wedding reception so it was rather noisy and very busy. Staff were slightly stressed which affected the level of service offered e.g. There was very limited choice on the restaurant menu and our food took a long time to appear. Also, common with the backward legislation in Austria, people are still allowed to smoke in the restaurant which also greatly detracted from our experience. However, the hotel is very well maintained and the reception manager was extremely pleasant and helpful - keeping a cool head when all others around her were losing theirs. Also the breakfast buffet was exceptional.

Nice hotel with traditional "inn" service. Covers the basics but not to be confused with international hotel standards. Smoky restaurant.

Ideal hotel for Salzbourg if you don't want the hassle of driving into the centre and parking up. Was a ten minute bus drive and hotel staff helped with bus timetables so very easy.
