Rooms were very clean and spacious, bed comfortable, came for a wedding, lovely courtyard area, nice seating out the front, enjoyed my stay thoroughly.

staff friendly and helpful but amenities no so great...bedroom beside lamp did not work, duvet cover was very thin and room has no controllable heating - so it was cold...furnishings outdated and not stylish

Checked in for 1 night to go to the NEC which is fairly close. Staff were really helpful and friendly, had a good meal there that evening and the breakfast the next day was good.

Breakfast menu very good, evening meals menu average but well cooked. I struggled with steps outside could have done with a slope, also no lift again struggled with stairs. Staff professional and pleasant, rooms good.

Rather than pate based potato and leek sausages for vegeratarian option, I would suggest soya sausages as the Harvester do for vegans

According to the Expedia website, the property has a sauna. At the check-in desk, they said it has not been running for over 4 years because Expedia did not update their details. This was disappointing. However, I messaged the property asking about it a couple of days after my arrival, but they never responded. Other wise convenient hotel, with good parking.

Easy to park and discounted rate if you pay at reception... warm welcome .... room was large and well maintained. Food in restaurant was good and breakfast also goo - broad spread. (only 2 beers on tap, only downside!). Very good value.

Had a lovely stay the room was clean the staff were very welcoming, we had an evening meal which was cooked perfect and breakfast was nice and hot

Just ok hotel

Was kept awake from 2.30am due to a party in the next room and slamming of doors till 5am ISH. Even though the party goers book every year they should be told to respect other hotel users. The reception was not overly bothered.was not

Nice hotel. Plenty of parking, great Wi-Fi. Nice food and drink in the restaurant and bar, all reasonably priced. Room was clean and comfortable, nice en-suite. Will definitely stay again.

Spotless room and friendly helpful staff

Stayed in double room in the past and no issues. Only single available this time, uncomfortable mattress that desperately needs replacing, cold small wet room with the most pathetic water flow I have ever experienced. Frosted glass but no window covering in wet room/en suite. Noise from main road continuous until early hours. Staff friendly.

Good stay

All staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. The whole hotel looked clean and fresh. The bed and bathroom linen was in very good condition. Breakfast was of a very high standard. All-in-all an excellent experience.
