Pool area was particularly lovely as was our room over looking the pool. We stayed only one night to be near Palma Airport but would definitely recommend and would like to come back

The room was good with lots of space for your clothes. The only down fall with the hotel from my point of view was that there's not enough cushioned sunbeds and breakfast is chaos due to the amount of people.

Overall a good experience.

Lovely staff two minutes walk from the beach. Rooms are clean and modern. Beds are comfortable what more can you ask for. Fantastic stay

Overall nice experience. The pros are probably closeness to the beach, restaurants, shops and buses. The breakfast buffet was also nice, though it could be very busy so recommend going before 9 in the morning. For another 20 euro you can stay and eat at their dinner buffet, they have different food themes every night. The vegetarian option is very limited, so I wouldn’t eat at the hotel unless you feel you get your moneys worth. Now for the cons: The facilities are a bit worn out, especially the hotel rooms we were staying at. The ventilation was not working in the toilet, a family member that was staying in another room had the same problem. And I wasn’t impressed with the cleanliness to be honest, something that could be improved on. The staff was helpful and accomodating, though their English is very limited. They all speak German though, lol.

It appears the hotel caters mainly to group tourists and families from Germany. It gets very crowded during breakfast buffet. There are only two small elevators. Waiting time during peak times can take 15 or more minutes. Elevator doors are aggressive and shut on guests.

Lovely stay. Great location. Nice pool area. Had breakfast and dinner. Plenty of options and good for vegetarian. Clean room. Nice staff. Definitely staying again.
