The breakfast and dinner buffet were excellent. Many selections to choose from. Staff were friendly and helpful. Convenient laundry room. Hotel is clean but dated.

Breakfast menu good and wholesome. If you were late going down some items were slow to be replenished

The breakfast was good and plentiful. The rooms facing the harbour have a better outlook. Staff were very helpful and dealt with my request competently. The rooms are clean, but is looking tired and will need to be redecorated in the next year or two.

To be honest, I am giving 5 stars for Linda in the bar and kitchen staff. She goes over board when my friends told her it is my birthday while me and friends are having a drink at the bar! The management I have been messaging to make it special for my birthday but done nothing even just a welcome sweets or card and didn’t even get back to my message! Linda made it happen anyway! So 5 stars for Linda! Keep up the good work! You are definitely a star!

Stayed one night bathroom been remodeled , don't think the room had slept great

The hotel is old and rooms are not in the greatest condition (need serious updating). I had to change mine due to the mattress being in a terrible condition. It’s not close to the city centre (walk close to 40 mins or more). The breakfast is not the greatest with limited options. I do not recommend it.

Staff were friendly and helpful, and location is very good. Hotel was a bit noisy - maybe just my neighbours! - and breakfast adequate but not exciting. Would have liked bathtowels to be provided rather than smaller hand towels.

Despite place has 4 starts it deserves for no more than 2 stars. Room looked very old with loads of peeling paint and some damaged walls. Night table was damaged. Fuse board not secured. There was absolutely no privacy as windows were looking into terrace with access to other guests. I had to have my curtains closed during the day. Hotel did not respond to my messages and requests. Place is absolutely not worth its money. I WOULD NIT RECOMMEND STAY AT THIS PLACE AT ALL. STAY AWAY!!!

easy to get to and has parking

Hotel and room were very clean. Reception was great. Property is just accross from the port but we were able to walk to the center of town. Breakfast was very good with a lot of food options.
