The staff and cleanliness was good. Everyone was always nice. Unfortunately there was no internet for us and other families on 3rd floor for 2 of 5 days. They told us they got a lot of complaints on internet for third floor but finally fixed finally on third day. Also, the breakfast buffets were done very poorly. Didn’t matter what time we went down, everything empty and not well prepared. Would take 15 min to refill. French toast was usually burnt pan Bimbo with a pound of sugar just thrown in top. Very disappointed in breakfast options and preparedness.
