The bath had no shower stall. Go take a shower it made the bathroom and everything in it wet. A simple shower curtain would help. Otherwise it is a lovely hotel. Not sure it is 5 star Great service

The hotel has an excellent location, making it very convenient to get around. The room was very clean and well maintained, which made the stay comfortable. The front desk staff were extremely friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. We stayed for three nights, and overall we were very satisfied. The only small downside was that the breakfast options were the same every day. Overall, a very pleasant experience and I would definitely recommend this hotel.

everything was perfect -- staff were amazing, rooms were charming and perfectly sized... SUCH A GREAT LOCATION. you cannot go wrong. base of the charles bridge. it's ALL about location but the hotel and it's architecture were outstanding as well!

Food and beverage is very expensive in the cafe. 1 expresso, 1 cappuccino and 2 poached eggs was $40.00.

The best hotel you can imagine. Located right near the Charles Bridge and Old Town, with tram stops within 100 meters. The historic Cafe Slavia and National Theater 7 minutes walk, Cafe Savoy 10 minutes walk. The Prague Astronomical Clock is 5 minutes walk. On trams you go to Vysegrad and beautiful Vinohrady. I reached the Prague Castle through the Charles Bridge by foot, but you can go by tram as well. Any way you go from the hotel, it is beautiful. The rooms are beautiful and spacious, with high ceilings, very comfortable and cozy. Several outlets in the room. Excellent windows; no noise from the street. The internet was flying. The service is impeccable. Whatever you need - the staff is there. Everything is spick and span, very clean. The complimentary minibar really pleasantly surprised me. The breakfast is on a pricey side, but the ambiance of the room and the choices and quality were excellent; the buffet included meats, cheeses, eggs, mushrooms, salmon, yogurts, pastries, breads, fruits, vegetables, juices, coffee, teas, and some other items. Excellent value, and excellent experience. Highly recommend.

The location of the hotel is convenient, with a nice view of Charles Bridge from the room. The staff are nice and helpful.

I came to Prague for a work/vacation trip. Was traveling alone for the vacation part and I stayed at the Mozart. I cannot emphasize how incredible this hotel is, the location is phenomenal. The staff is so warm and accommodating and the rooms are just magnificent. You feel like you are some place special. High highly recommend it.

The location was incredible!! We were so close to everything but loved how quiet the hotel was. This elegant hotel had an amazing staff who were always so friendly and kind. Our room was beyond spacious and we loved having the sauna to use as well.

The rooms and service were excellent

The room was fine. The bed, however, was only marginally better than sleeping on the floor. The “mattress” was so thin that we could feel the construction of the frame through it. We did appreciate having two Pilsners show up every other day and the bathroom was modernized with two sinks and a strong shower. Ok for the price and location as long as you don’t have back issues.
