Accessible, chambre correcte, bon accueil

Booked this place as a stop over after visiting Chambord and Blois. The place was deserted. Rooms are dated and dirty. The worst place we stayed in the entire trip. Front desk is only manned from 5pm to maybe 8pm.

Waited 10 minutes on arrival, despite staff walking past us. Decoration - badly painted room. Wardrobe door would not open fully because of its position at the end of the bed. No waste bin in room. 1 bulb out of 3 worked in the bathroom. Curtains badly hung. No bedside tables or shelves. We ate away from hotel for both meals.

This property is nothing like the pictures. Our room was filthy. There was mold in the bathroom, no shower curtain, and hole in the wall of the bathroom directly across from the shower. The walls in the room had large stains of different colors, the mirror had fallen from it original hanging spot and instead of fixing it the leaned the broken mirror up a giant another wall, the molding was peeling from the ceiling and there was a black oily residue on the heating element. It was extremely loud with children running up and down the halls with a puppy. All in all in was a miserable stay. We would never go back or reccimend this hotel to anyone.

The receptionist was very friendly and accommodating for my poor French. He gave lots of advice as to where to visit. He is an asset to the hotel and deserves promotion

Hotel seems to have gone downhill since we last stayed there. Breakfast was expensive for what was on offer. The gardens look like no one has tended to them for years so what used to be a nice seating area is now a wasteland. Bar was not well stocked and sometimes had to wait to find someone to serve.

A room without a/c when outside is 37 Celsius and inside over 40 Celsius is terrible. This hotel has absolutely no respect for the customers. You can die in these conditions. They should provide fans, ice, cold water, cooling areas. The room is full of bugs, spiders, mosquitoes, flies, worse than in the cheapest Carribean hotel. A disgrace, avoid it!

Good stay, only problem was very slow wifi speed.

Was disappointed with the hotel, I have used the Campanile in the UK and thought the standard would be the same across to France and was bitterly disappointed. There was no ventilation in our room as we couldn't open the door to the rear of the property as there was a desk in front of it. My children had an adjoining room, which was slightly better but the mirror had obviously been taken down and screws were sticking out of the wall and there was grey tape keeping the bath in 1 piece. Won't be staying there again on our travels. Bedding was clean though and the hotel staff was helpful, just not the standard I expected.

Great to stop over. Restaurant very good. Rooms and corridors need a make over as they are tired. During the summer deffo need air con in the rooms or at least a fan.

Just night stop over, nice Hotel.

Upstairs room was a bit dated and the corridor lighting was poor. Staff were helpful and cheerful.

An easy top off of the autoroute. The room was spartan, but enough for a rest. The only issue was the strange odor in the hallway, it was a musty, smoky, burnt smell.

An experience I would not wish to experience again

Stayed for one night on our way home. The room was fine, but very hot. This is our second stay here. On our first visit we were in one of the refurbished rooms - much nicer! Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice.

Great value hotel, ideally placed for my trip to Spain. Would stay again.
