Fabulous restful time over New Year

Beautiful room. Friendly staff. AMAZING food.

Great staff, Manager takes time to talk to everyone, very impressed. Location is fantastic and loved the roof top terrace.

Charming place with good service and nice touches such as the check in and check out biscuits! Rooms aren’t that big but have a lovely character and features. Breakfast was great and spa treatment very nice. Pool area is nice although the pool is fresh - good for lengths but not warm enough for a loll about! (February). Nice to have a billiard/pool room although could do with a new cue! Lovely courtyard atmosphere with musicians early evening. We didn’t eat dinner here as lots of good (and more reasonable!) options in the town but am sure it will have been nice! Glad we stayed here.

Beautiful proper hotel with all the bells and whistles. Large rooms, excellent service, beautiful courtyard for breakfast or afternoon tea.

Hotel was outdated, the food was bad and the pool wasn’t heated so no way to use it. Best thing was the conditioner.

Although the place could do with a bit of renovation it maintains an air of decorum that’s hard to find these days. Rooms are clean and laundry crisp white clean. My only gripe is it says pool is heated and it wasn’t when I was there. Roof terrace is lovely and food was great. The best thing about this place is the staff who are all super attentive and genuine. Overall a great stay and I would return primarily for the location and great highly professional staff.

Loved the attentive, lovely staff and excellent service, great location, rooftop pool and lunch area, beautiful courtyard. Proper old fashioned hotel in the best sense. Great breakfast, nice big rooms.

This is a simply beautiful hotel. Our room was stylish and very comfortable. What really makes this hotel though is the staff! Everyone, from the General Manger to the doormen and reception staff are exceptionally engaged and helpful. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. Well done to all at Heure Bleue

I literally never write a review. That’s how good this place is. It’s perfect. Beds are amazing, decor, styling, staff, food, location - this is a classy classy classy spot.

This is an amazing and wonderful hotel … classy, elegant and interesting. Swimming pool area needs a bit of TLC but otherwise perfect. It’s expensive but worth every penny

This is a wonderful hotel, very colonial classic in style and with very attentive and well trained staff. Just inside the Medina walls, the hotel is ideally situated between the old town and the promenade and beach. Lovely deck and swimming pool on roof. Truly pampering experience.

The hotel is in a very good aera and the restsurant is charming and good.

This was a stunningly beautiful hotel. The location was great and the check in and out process was smooth. The suite was luxurious and we enjoyed the architectural style Of the hotel.

Beautiful hotel - highly recommend

Heure Bleue was clean comfortable and the staff was super friendly. The restaurant was surprisingly good too. We had a nice stay. It was right at the entrance of the Essaouria Medina which made it quite convenient for going out and shopping. The roof top was quite nice but definitely can get windy like everywhere else in the area. They have a small parking lot and the one thing they can improve on is having a bigger sign indicating the parking lot for the hotel. There are a lot of other people trying to get you to park in their lots for money and it was very overwhelming. Overall we had a nice stay and the service was really friendly and helpful.
