Great overall!!!

We had a sea view room… a must! We loved this hotel and yes lots of stairs and ways to get to the pools and water but we expected that. Staff was helpful and always great ! The breakfast included was amazing… champagne, egg station and coffee stations were great to see. Beds and rooms were cleaned every day and the cleaning staff did a good job. The far side of the property had stairs that led out of the hotel and over to the next beach. Amazing water and views from everywhere. There were some restaurants walking distance away, mini mart across the street and easy time finding g local buses and taxis. Would come back anytime. Loved it.

The ameneties were great the free breakfast had so many options and was delicious. Our bed was 2 twin beds pushed together which was kind of annoying and uncomfortable. But overall beautiful views great pool and beach chair area. They offer lots of activities as well! Would come back. It was a little far from things so having a rental car is a must if you want to explore the island at all. Had no issues parking.

I will start off by saying Josh has been amazing our whole time in the hotel illetas in Mallorca! He has provide excellent service and has shown outstanding professionalism our whole time at the hotel and has given us any additional accomodations we have needed. He is an amazing human!! I will return back to this hotel & Mallorca soon.

It was amazing. The ability to just jump from the lower deck directly into the ocean was spectacular. And the snorkeling within walking distance was great! And my daughter loved swimming to the island in the bay, and the sauna was so nice.

The location was what I expected. A quiet and beautiful place but close to playa de Illetas beach. A short ride to Palma as well. Everything was wonderful. The breakfast buffet was what I expected. Only had the dinner buffet once as we wanted to explore local restaurants. It was okay but couldn’t complain as we were tired from a long flight. Diego at the front desk was very helpful and patient with us. I will definitely return back and stay in the ocean view room next time!

Such a nice hotel in a great location. The grounds of the hotel and area by the sea are lovely and unique. Great transport links to Palma, super friendly staff and the food was great!! Seafood every night, fab selection of salads and desserts definitely worth paying for half board even if you only eat at the hotel once or twice.

Exceptional stay. Exceed expectations ! staff was pleasant and responsive to help in any way. Amenities were up to par and kept up with pool area was great! Food options were plenty and reasonably priced. Loved our stay . Well Be back for sure !

The two-bedroom, two-bathroom layout was spacious, comfortable, and ideal for our family. The full balcony offered stunning views and was the perfect place to relax and unwind. What truly made this hotel exceptional was the outstanding staff. Leo at the front desk was incredibly welcoming, professional, and helpful throughout our stay. We also had an issue with our door when the electronic battery died, and the IT/maintenance team responded within minutes and fixed the problem right away. Their quick response and excellent service were greatly appreciated. From the beautiful location and amenities to the attentive staff and spacious accommodations, everything about this hotel was wonderful. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Hotel ROC Illetas to anyone visiting Mallorca.

This hotel was a dream!!! The rooms are more like apartments which is perfect if you’re traveling with more than 2 people. The views are amazing but the overall experience of this place is what makes it the best place to stay if you’re ever in Mallorca. Also, the staff was so friendly and helpful which makes such a difference.

Our stay was amazing! The views are magnificent, the service stellar and friendly and the kindness and amenities overflowing! We are well traveled and have a big bucket list, but cannot wait to return!

Our room was a sea view with a balcony but the room and bathroom was very old and dated. There was no hot water unless you ran the tap Or shower for over 12/14 mins. For that price I’d expect a nice room and bathroom not an old dated one with mouldy old tiles and sanitary ware.

Being so close to the water was great! We had a great time!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the property. Breakfast and dinners were very good. We took advantage of the seafood at every meal. Sea bass, Dorado , colvina , grilled calamar. Deserts ans salads were also fantastic. We stayed for 6 days and drove to different parts of the island and used the hotel as home base. No trip was further than an 1: 15 drive. Parking is 20e per day, water is charged extra, but we went to the shop across the street where is was 1.50 for 1.5 liters. A beautiful sand beach is just a 10 min walk. Will stay again when we return to Mallorca

The hotel is very run down. VERY bad shape. Bad smell is in the room. Very noisy , dirty floor. So much that the manager gave us an upgrade to a suite which was worse without internet, no phone to call for room service, no tv and a smell of dirty toilet. It is not cheap , hence by surprise

Staff are fantastic. Room was clean and fresh. Food was absolutely the best I’ve had in recent years in other hotels. Location is good for local beach and bus into Palma. Great holiday!
