Laney provided exceptional service as the Front Desk Representative; her friendly demeanor and professionalism made a positive impression. However, the room itself felt quite outdated, with furnishings and decor that seemed in need of modernization. The bed was uncomfortable, and the pillows did not provide adequate support, which significantly affected the quality of my sleep. If the property underwent renovations to update the rooms and enhance comfort, I believe it would offer a much more enjoyable experience that would better align with its pricing.

All went well & enjoyed the stay. I would return on my next visit to Victoria, TX.

Employees were great. Location was near everywhere we needed to go. Lots of choices for free breakfast.

Great affordable stay

The only complaint i had was that the pool was a bit dirty and my kids were so exited to swim!

We stayed one night but it was very comfortable and close proximity to our event. Definitely stay again.

The carpets in the room and the floor in the bathroom were dirty. The wall paper was so badly wrinkled in the bathroom. The breakfast was not refilled as customers were eating and going through. No fruit.

My suite was being remodeled no other substitute made available. Room had one bed and a very worn out softa, that is all.

The hotel was very clean and welcoming. However about 1am in the morning someone walks into our room. Scared me so bad. Yes I failed to latch the top lock however no one should be able to just enter a room that is being occupied. I didn’t sleep well the rest of the night. Share with the first desk clerk and she was apologetic and advised us she would talk her manager but never heard anything back. We will not be staying there again

We had booked a room and had paid and was sent an email to confirm..but when we came in from out of town...we were told that they overbooked us and no rooms were available? The clerk said she was sorry and we wouldn't be charged! We shall see if they make good? 🙄

Staff was excellent! Room was musky smelling.

Staff was excellent. Only complaint was the room smelled musky when we entered. Hilton rewards wasn’t recognized.

I had no issues with service, quality or safety. Great choice for a hotel in Victoria!
