The room size is quite spacious, providing ample space for comfort and relaxation. The staff is exceptionally helpful, always ready to assist with any requests or concerns, which greatly enhances the overall guest experience. However, it’s worth noting that the rooms are not particularly well insulated. If you are a light sleeper, you might want to reconsider staying here, as external noise could potentially disturb your rest.

This is a convenient hotel for central Madrid. I appreciated the noon check out time and breakfast daily until 11 am. It is a very short walk to the Metro station. I would stay here again.

Spent there 1 night. Comfortable bed. Nothing special but close to subway which is a plus.

Nice clean room. Staff were helpful. Lots of bars, restaurants, supermarkets within walking distance as is Legazpi metro station which is 100 meters away. In view of all of that the hotel was quiet…

Maritza, the woman that works at the breakfast area is so nice and helpful, she goes the extra mile to provide a great service.

I needed to recharge my mobile telephone using an international USB connector, but there was no provision for this in the room I was allocated.

Plenty of shops and places to eat nearby, not a tourist area of Madrid so English was not spoken in most places we went to around the Hotel .. front desk personnel were fluent in English however so no problems there. Breakfast was ok but very repetitive

Clean room

Although it is a small hotel, everything is properly set, clean, and organized. During breakfast, Maritza makes you feel at home! She is really nice!

Dining options were excellent

The hotel was generally good. The room was newer and more modern than it appeared in the photos. The cleanliness was satisfactory. However, in the morning, the staff chatted in the corridor for about half an hour and listened to something at a loud volume, which made it quite noisy. As a result, I had to wake up early. In addition, the hotel is also conveniently located, with a bus stop right in front and easy access to the city center. Overall, I didn’t experience any issues apart from the morning noise.

Very close to metro. Around 100 metres. Good dining options close by and plenty of cafes. Hotel was clean and staff friendly. Mine was a small room but as a solo traveller was great!
