Pleasant and courteous staff. Great price performer … clean and within almost everything. Will do it again.

The property is dated but very clean. The room is spacious, bed comfy and I liked the added touch of the short note of welcoming me.

Staff was excellent!

We often stay at the dilworth when we are in kelowna. Very covenient to restaurants, shooping at orchard park mall, and very close to Costco.

Great price for families. Clean, large rooms, terrific staff, and large rooms. The continental breakfast was fabulous and so was the pool area! Some repairs are needed for esthetics, but we will definitely return!

Good value for the price, not gouging, obviously creating repeat business. Property is tired but the comfort and cleanliness is not compromised.

This modest hotel property has made sone excellent decisions about where to focus their efforts and it shows. Check in and check out were efficient and friendly, the instruction sheet and binder were extremely clear, and everything in the room worked. Yes, parts of the property are a bit dated, but it's centrally located, has a pool, hot tub and sauna, and has a staffed breakfast room. We'll stay there again.

The Dillworth inn is like taking a trip in a time machine. The property is kept in immaculate condition and is the picture of cleanliness.

I picked this property because of the amenities, pool, hot tub and sauna, the sauna never worked so that was disappointing. Floors in the room could’ve been cleaner.

My room was swapped for some reason to one bed, and smelled of urine. I complained they gave me some air freshener spray. Didn’t do the job but because I was there dealing with a family emergency and had family staying in another much cleaner and updated room, I didn’t want to make a fuss, and purchased some lemongrass essential oils, opened the window when I was in, and ran the fan 24/7. The pool has a leaking air conditioner above it, the sauna never got hot, all the floating toys were deteriorated. The area although is convenient had allot of shady looking characters hanging around. The grounds outside was poorly maintained dirty and dated. Half way through my stay the door we used to access the building was broken. They did some major construction in the ceiling in the hallway outside my room. There was drywall dust all over the hallway floor. It tracked into my room that had laminate flooring. I asked for house keeping the following morning, they didn’t clean the floors. I checked out the following day. Would not recommend.

An older property that was a surprise as it was clean, had an indoor pool, hot tub, sauna and was the cheapest hotel on our trip to b.c.

Right from check-in there was a sour attitude by staff, only encountered two staff members during my stay who were able to smile back at me when I said hello. Although we were told to request housekeeping when required, that seemed to not be an option as my stay went on. I ended up dealing with my own garbage and snagging toilet paper off the cart when I could. Rooms should be a fraction on the price based on cleanliness, poor hotel service staff, and lack of supplies. If they lowered the rates I would stay there again. Disappointing :-(
