We were advised to stay here from friends. Staff here will go above and beyond - the hotel is beautiful. No issues with the rooms they were exceptionally comfortable - highly recommend coming in Charlottetown to stay here.

The hotel is very cute. Location is great!! Staff are also nice and the breakfast was good. It’s the room we got was very old!!! The bed was nice but I was sooo surprised how old the room was. Carpet was dirty, furniture so old, bathroom needs a face lift and there was a terrible old smell when you walked into the first floor of the room. Perhaps we just got the worst room, and I should have asked to change it to be honest. The hotel seems great but that room is just awful. Needs a major redo. Even though the hotel has an ancient charm I still think they can update that room and it will still feel the same but at least clean and not old and dirty.

Great location for visiting Charlottetown port and harbour. Close to lots of good restaurants and shopping!

Very cool property and beautiful rooms

Beautiful historic property with modern amenities. We stayed in the original Pavilion hotel section. Included breakfast was simple and nice. Cookies in the afternoon were a delight. So walkable to the waterfront as well as numerous restaurant options. Our stay was wonderful.

Always stay there. Staff is amazing!

Air Conditioning unit in our room was very loud - woke us up throughout the night. Lack of on site parking was frustrating. We were offered a $10 credit to waive housekeeping services for the 3 nights we stayed but it wasn’t on our final invoice. It was a nice boutique hotel and the breakfast was adequate.

This was my second stay. I do love coming to your hotel. I love the character. It was very clean and tidy. The service was great and I would definitely stay there again. I only thing is it’s is starting to need renovations. Thank you to you and all your staff

Fantastic location and charm

Great staff who tried hard to sort our room as the one reserved had a maintenance issue. Upgraded room however didn’t get to stay in main hotel building as intended and only had a queen bed. But the staff were gracious and helpful. Morning breakfasts were quite exceptional. Would stay here again. You can’t beat the location in heart of a walkable downtown.

Staff are friendly and helpful. Service was excellent. Close to everything you need. Within walking distance of great restaurants and bars. Highly recommend this hotel. We will definitely be back.

First time at the hotel and it won't be our last. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff was second to none and couldn't do enough for us when we checked in the rooms and the lobby and the whole decor of the hotel was amazing. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this to anyone travelling to Charlottetown.

Location was great. Rooms were clean and quiet. The lobby area had a home feel with comfortable couches and relaxing music. Staff were very helpful. The complimentary beverage before dinner was ideal after a long day of site seeing.
