The receptionist was very helpful and friendly, the room was clean and cleaned every day. Close to the train station. Safe and comfortable. Will go back there again.

Amazing hospitality, super helpful, great value and superb location (very closed with Gard du nord st and everything we need). Me and family enjoy to stay in this hotel. Would stay here again if I were to visit this city again, very recommended for family traveling.

When I checked in the hotel staff charged me "hotel tax"? 11€ . The hotel WiFi was very bad. Enough to stay there.

Strategic location, many eating places in the vicinity. Friendly receptionist, clean rooms and complete facilities. Breakfast has many choices, even more than other star hotels I have stayed at. Ask for drinking water to carry the road no problem. Although the size of the room and bathroom is small, it is more than enough for a hotel with the price paid. If I go to Paris again, I will definitely stay at the Avalon Hotel 👍

Pros: clean comfortable bed, nice area, near bus halte, near hop on hop off bus halte, near monop supermarket, near Gare du Nord, safe area, nice receptionist, lovely place, fast free WiFi, nice renovated room, free baggage storage. Cons: The lift was small, near general hospital so we often hear the sound of ambulance.

Hotels near the station, lots of food near the hotel. Cheap and quality shops along the way.
