Polite staff, clean room with kitchenette. This is not your typical hotel though. They only do weekly cleaning of rooms. You are responsible for cleaning your dishes and utensils. Parking and laundry facilities are available at extra charge. I believe they do have all this written down somewhere on the listing. Just be mindful.

The hotel was conveniently located to the main city area which was great as we could walk and not have to use the car. The room was comfortable and large enough for 3. Beds were comfortable and the facilities good. Onsite laundry (at a cost) a bonus.

Located in good position for exploring Rennes. Car park a bonus. Lady on reception friendly and helpful. This is basic accommodation. Reminded me of my son's student room. Our room was dated and very small. Not like the photos! There was a bad smell which we located from the kitchen sink so plugged it up. However the shower and wifi were good and bed comfy. It was quiet while we were there. Perfectly good for 1 night.

Great for a quick stay in Rennes. Rooms have what you need, but I would not stay here for a longer period.

Good location. Average rooms, expensive breakfast

Meticulously cleaning and comfortable. Yes there is scaffolding but we booked at weekend, so no workmen around. It wasn't a problem as it was for updating the exterior of the hotel.

Excellent location. In easy walking distance if the old town and main tourist sites. Some very interesting cafes and eateries on the doorstep. The premises offer a nice lounge area and garden which was being redone unfortunately but obviously is a real asset in good weather. Rennes is a very interesting town and this is a good base fir a visit.

I liked that the beds were comfy, including the sofa bed! The studio was very clean and the bathroom of decent size. I didn't like that the studio was not as pretty and large as the one in the picture in Expedia. I think that it would be a great idea to see exactly what you are going to book. I would have liked to have a couple of instant coffe sachets included.

I have stayed in Aparthotels in Lyon, Bordeaux and Aix , all of which were superb. Sadly the Rennes hotel is not. The rooms are nothing like as nice as the photos used on their website and the firing, particularly the bathroom are old and worn out.

I like a simple, clean, affordable and accessible place to stay. Adagio Rennes is all of these things. I particularly liked the location.

We liked the fridge, kettle, stove, frypan, modern large room, We would have liked more information in English on the location of local grocery shops, attractions, bus stops, etc and more tea and coffee and milk Everything else was amazing. We would definitely stay at Aparthotel Adagio again. We loved it

The parking was very handy.

Everything was as expected. The room was clean and well equipped. We had two rooms and in one of them some family members were complaining about the quality of the mattresses. In my room they’ve seemed fine. Maybe a bit too soft, but it might be a matter of individual preference. Couldn’t understand why only two towels per room, a face one and a larger size one. But otherwise good location and overall value for the price.

We are kind of new to Aparthotels, but really liked the convenience of the well equipped kitchenette, especially during the tripling Covid times. The staff was friendly and informative.

Idéalement situé, à 5min à pied du centre ville de Rennes avec des places de stationnement gratuit à proximité. Petit déjeuner copieux.
