Nothing bad to report. Average room for average price during low season

The view from our room was great. The housekeeper for our 2nd and 3rd days was so friendly and sweet. Amenities were amazing

We love that it is closed to the Malecón and Muchacho Alegre. It does has its own beach access.

I recommend this property so much. So close to everything and the price is excellent.

Over all a really good experience. Check in was a bit late and the pools need maintenance. But over all a good experience.

Terrible, you don’t get what you pay for. I payed for an ocean view room and was told in front desk they didn’t have any available, they just have me whatever they had.😡

Nothing unique. Cleaning staff only wipe glasses and mugs. Previous guest lip gue on coffee mugs. Little difficult to clearly communicate with staff due to English language low proficiency.

Good

Very clean place, very friendly staff and good value for the money. The only issue is that it is very noisy on the beach and with a bars in adjacent properties, but that is a problem in most of the Golden Zone of Mazatlan. Lots of Banga Bands on the beach pumping their music through speakers and open air bars playing music until 2 am.

I went a day before my reservation’s date to ensure the 8 rooms reserved and I asked if my family arrives between 2-3 pm would they be able to leave their Lauggage before 3pm. And they said that it was not a problem. I also recommended for 3-4 other families to stay at this hotel. When my family arrived around 2:20 pm we couldn’t checked in at that time. We had to wait until 3 pm supposedly none of the rooms were available before 3 pm. If we had 10-11 rooms for 3 to 8 days I thought it would be nice from you guys to give us some graceful time to stay since I recommended 10-11 rooms for those dates. I had an event for that weekend.

GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE

Everyone was wonderful specially our pool server Monica Fonseca always made sure we had everything we needed.

We LOVED our stay here.. buffet was AMAAAZING!!! And restaurant overlooks ocean beautifully!! Location near many restaurants and mucho tiendas for shopping… local green bus is about $1 to and 10-15 min ride go to old Mazatlan.. or can walk along beach or wide beachfront walkway… best hot water and shower pressure out of 8 hotels on our trip… hot tub actually had reasonably hot water in it… though it’s a popular spot! Beach out front not bizzy and perfect for tanning.. view and sunsets spectacular!!

The hotel is located in a very good location, close to food, and the beach.
