Cold. Dryer broken. No towels

There was a dead roach in the bathroom, holes in towels, no one ever at the desk. I work at hotels and I understand this is a smaller property but still doesn’t mean service and cleanliness can lack. Will most likely go back due to convenience and inexpensiveness

It's the basic hotel package and was a pleasant stay, overall. It's an older property that's kept up well.

Overpriced and looks like they were remodeling so hall way was lined with bed parts

Liked the room. Simple and close to Downtown Lake Geneva. Front desk person only came out for check in and check out.

There was leftover pizza in the fridge that was t ours. There were spots all over the mirror. Thw lighting in the room where the jacuzzi tub was wasn’t bright enough the tv was mounted in a strange place. Had a hard time getting the microwave to turn on. People above us were walking around most the night making noise Don’t feel like we got what we paid for.

It was a very good Motel stay, Staff seemed to be stressed and not friendly.

The floor around the spa tub was broken and when I said something to guy at desk he didn’t do anything but say someone broke it last weekend. Hotels.com contacted them and he said he can give us a bath mat or leave… we took the mats because it was late

I would stay here again. Price and claenliness excellent.

Property was fine.Proprieters were very nice. Bad roads leading to this place is a big headache. Otherwise, for a quick stay, it was fine.
