5 steps from Kiyosumi Shirakawa station (important: the metro station has escalators for up & down, very helpful if you're carrying suitcases). The room is small but enough for 1 husband and wife and 1 toddler 3 years old. There is a cafe library which is very comfortable and aesthetic, you can use it as a place to work, eat food from the family mart (the family mart is right next to the hotel) because there is a microwave, free tea and coffee, and good books. Close to the beautiful large Kiyosumi park and children's park (different park, but next door). If you want to take the bus, it's also close to the stop, just wait for a taxi in front of the hotel. About the rooms, quite clean and comfortable.

The hotel is good, exiting the MRT station next to it is the hotel, below it is the Family Mart. Even though the room is a bit small (in Tokyo the average hotel room is small for an equivalent price) the service is good, the people are friendly, free breakfast although not much change (stayed 7 nights).
