Stayed for 3 nights from Easter Sunday. Check in was smooth and Isabel on reception was so helpful. All staff were friendly. Great position 10 mins to the beach one way and 10 mins to the port area the other way. Easy access to local buses too. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely hotel in Ibiza town. Location is great and the staff were all really friendly. Breakfast was good, and lovely terrace to eat it on. The rooms were really clean. Would definitely stay again!

Close to everything, Will go back again, deffo

Basic twin bed room. Not modern. TV, Desk, Aircon, shower, small balcony. A bit of bathroom noise from other rooms. Bed was uncomfortable.not hard or soft but firm and lumpy like sleeping on a beach. Good choice buffet breakfast available in breakfast room or the small courtyard. I cannot explain the very high ratings on hotels.com from this very standard hotel. The staff were super friendly and seemed to be trying hard to make a decent hotel. Parking only available on paid meter bays on the street and a free one was near impossible to find. Would I stay there again? Maybe at a 30% lower room rate and no other options.

It was a nice small hotel. The price is comfortable and the room is decent. It was clean. The only downfall is there is no elevator. So if you’re on the 4th floor like we were you’re left either leaving your bags downstairs or climbing up with them.

Great location, the room had all the essentials and the breakfast was good - I'd say that would be the only thing I would improve!

Nice, friendly clean hotel in excellent location for shops, restaurants and tourism around the old city. Ibiza is expensive and the price seemed very high to me. My only gripe was that my room looked inwards, to a courtyard, and there was little light unless I wanted to look into my neighbours room or them into mine. No mosquito netting on the window so it had to be closed at night. It smelled musty and humid. There was both AC and a fan but the closed window did not improve the smell. Bathroom clean, great shower but no toiletries apart from liquid soap. Plenty of towels. Breakfast continental style was OK. The staff let me keep my luggage there all day and I sat on the terrace to wait for my flight. I'd go again but ask for a room overlooking the street next time.

My wife and I are no fan of and never book rooms at hostals but this hostal doesn't even look or feel like a hostal, it's more like a small cozy hotel! We loved our stay! The bathroom looked newly renovated, extremely clean and the shower was better than most I've used in Europe! The rest of the room and the patio were also clean and comfortable. The staff was very kind and helpful! My only complaint is that our room didn't have a safe and even though the room wasn't large (which is fine, we expected that), there was enough space in the room to fit even a small safe somewhere and it would have been appreciated, perhaps something they can consider for the future. Otherwise, we were very happy with our stay! :)

Lovely, helpful, accommodating & friendly staff. Central location for everything. Room was very clean & had aircon, balcony and ensuite - we were even given a beach towel and umbrella at no extra cost, Absolutely no complaints and fantastic value for money. Gorgeous outdoor terrace to have breakfast & coffee in the morning - this was our second time here and I would definitely stay here again

Good experience all round - great service and convenient location

Wonderful place to stay in Ibiza Town! The room and bathroom were spacious, the bed was comfortable, and there was even a nice balcony. The staff was very friendly and helpful as well! I'd totally stay here again.

Excellent location easy walk to Old Town. Super clean. Friendly staff. Breakfast could be better. Free street parking 10pm to 9am fairly easy to find.
