Great front desk personnel. Helpful, knowledgeable about the area, and any possible assistance you might required. Luis helped with booking a driver, and coordinated my transportation to my client location. Excellent front desk team

Great place for business trip. Good breakfast buffet. Quiet room on the 6th floor. The only thing for me to complain were the elevators. They should he renewed. Besides that, the place is great.

Hotel tem roupa de cama toda amarelada e toda manchada, banheiro com muito limo nas paredes, pia entupida, ar condicionado que não funciona para resfriar nada e por todos estes motivos, tivemos que trocar de quarto 3 vezes só no primeiro dia. Uma vergonha e umas “boas vindas” que assustam! Alem disso, o café da manhã não tem um pão de sal decente, o café é fraquíssimo (muito aguado), leite quente nunca está quente mas os garçons do café da manhã e do serviço se quarto, são impecáveis e muito educados. Hotel é velho, móveis caindo aos pedaços e isto nos três quartos que nos deram no primeiro dia, portanto, não foi só um quarto ou um caso único. Devido à pandemia, não se pode exigir que tudo estivesse disponível mas o que estava disponível deveria estar limpo e pronto para uso. O frigobar por exemplo, no terceiro quarto tinha restos e embalagens de comida do hóspede anterior. Inaceitável! Pessoal de serviço de limpeza de quartos simplesmente não faz a limpeza mínima e deixa tudo sujo, mal feito, com montinhos de sujeira acumulada em TODOS OS CANTOS do quarto! Imundo! Pessoal da recepção foi atencioso e muito educado, o tempo todo!

Good location, easy to park and safe area. Service per $ is very good. Breakfast with good selection of fruits, cakes, eggs and the ‘pão de queijo’! Super!

I especially enjoyed the great customer service from front desk folks, including Maria and Patricia. The room was very comfortable, with a great bed and ample bathroom. The breakfast buffet was abundant, and always fresh!

Excellent hot breakfast that was included, small fridge in room, feels like a high end hotel, rooms are nice and showers have big rain shower heads. Walking distance to Local and mall type shopping.

Very nice place to stay at an affordable price. Spacious rooms, good amenities. Staff are polite and very helpful. Hotel is located on accessible city area easy to find and park.

The staff of this hotel is the outstanding part of the property. Every person I interacted with was extremely nice and accommodating. Room was clean but in desperate need of refurbishment. Drapes were soiled and didn't work properly. Carpet was badly worn and chairs were dirty.

Staff was very nice and very accommodating. Dida at the Bar was excellent. The petite cute girl that speaks Spanish at the front desk was very helpful sorry cannot recall her name. Breakfast was very good. Crepes night was awesome, the cook kept serving us until we were satisfied even after the restaurant closed at 10pm. I will stay here again next year.
