They do need more seating and umbrellas for shade on hot days,But otherwise it clean and nice.

Nice place for spending a vacation! Beautiful pool with tropical plants (needs a bit more maintenance), friendly staff, a good breakfast buffet and great coffee.

The hotel was decent however breakfast was very limited, first come first serve and not many options. The pool and jacuzzi could have been cleaned more often we barely got to use those amenities because of how filthy it was. The couch in our room was broken so we avoided using the seating area in or suite. Overall nice vibe most of the staff was friendly. Quiet area, older crowd, hotel amenities could be better but we enjoyed our stay nonetheless.

Outstanding breakfast as well as dinner. It would of been nice to have a small refrigerator in the room. In addition it would of been nice to have a handicapped entrance to the hotel as well as to the pool instead of all the stairs. The staff was extremely helpful and very friendly. There are a lot of great restaurants within 2 blocks of the hotel and if you're not dure where to go ask the staff they will give you a lot of recommendations. Next time in Panama we will be staying here again.

The room was a 4; however, no staff assisted us with bags, nor were we greeted properly upon arrival. I hope this will change after this review. The hotel was close to many places, such as restaurants and stores.

Staff was great! Location was Great! We had the 8th floor room above the pool area and the view of the city scape was incredible. The restaurant staff greeted us every morning and we actually shared photos of our home and lives with them. Such a good feeling to have new friends while on vacation in a new place.

My room was a really good size, nice comfortable bed very clean. Nice bathroom Staff were helpful. The hotel itself has a nice bar by the pool and good atmosphere the art structures and decor make it interesting to look at.
