Unfortunately a disappointing stay. Broken AC, cold pools, weird sewer smell. Not sure how this is considered a 4 star. With some time and effort spent into upgrading , could be lovely! Food is also really bad :( Won’t be back to stay here!

Was decent for a weeks stay. Didn’t do the all inclusives as we didn’t want to limit ourselves to the hotel. Did expect the basics, like a coffee machine, salt/pepper sachets would’ve been handy, a hanger near the door for coats, cardigans, light jackets etc., kitchen rags so we didn’t have to use the bathroom ones etc. In a lot of places I’ve been, with or without all inclusive there would always be a coffee station with coffee sachets in it that you can at least look forward to in the morning instead of having to go out for one. Other than that can’t say much, the reception area interior is gorgeous, the rooms on the other hand: very basic with loads of space which is why I hoped they’d have done more with it (coat hanger, wall design/picture). I must add, I did really appreciate the free beach and old town shuttles, they were extremely handy. And the staff were helpful too.

The staff are what makes this hotel.The restaurant team are amazing, they are so good with families the kids love it, really makes meals so much easier. From front of house, to cleaning staff, to the shuttle teams, the staff are always on hand to go above and beyond. The hotel is spotless, the glasses are never empty, chefs always have food ready to come out. Amazing place to stay.

We love this hotel! The food selection is relatively small for all inclusive, but had good variety and we could rely on the basics for kids. The staff are great and the room is cleaned very well every day. The heated pool is a bit chilly at the end of March, but we knew that may be the case. Our boys, 5 and 7, used to enjoy going to kids club - pyjama night, movie night, crafts. The beach, which was a 15 minute walk away (there may be buses at another time,) is stunning. We’d go again.

Very fresh food, great place and perfect location.

The breakfast at the property was outstanding. Staff in dining room at breakfast were very friendly. House keeping staff were very helpful and accommodation was very clean. Parking was very friendly. Our pool view room was on the north side of the building and therefore the room was not very bright nor could we really even see a pool through the trees . The room was very nice with fully equipped kitchen and comfortable living room and bed.

I loved this hotel I wasn't expecting to have a full apartment absolutely over the moon and a balcony so happy. The only thing that went wrong was the shower and hot water kept turning off but we loved every second. I would stay at the hotel again and again.

We only stayed 2 nights but loved the hotel. The room was clean spacious and comfortable.The food was great and the staff were polite and friendly. My husband even got to watch football!Hope to return.

Excellent experience for a family stay. Facility is of great quality and has been maintained well. Staff are friendly and polite. Special shout out to Chef Ricky who made our dinner times extra delightful. Looking forward to returning soon.

Thoroughly enjoyed our holiday staying here. Room was spacious and clean - maids visited every day. Kitchen well equipped. Drinks prices very reasonable. Staff were friendly and excellent.

My stay was good at first, and the staff are generally friendly BUT on the last day the lift suddenly stopped as i was going down alone. Pitch black, no service, and i kept ringing the alarm but nothing was happening. This is a huge fear of mine that came true all of a sudden. It took a few minutes to move again, when you are in panic this feels like a very very long time. there was no response to the alarm ringing, there were no apologies or making sure i was okay from anyone, just “we don’t know why it happened” and then talking about a blackout that happened a few months ago. There was no reassurance, comfort, compensation or anything despite me telling them how scary it was, and this has since left me scarred and afraid to go down lifts alone ESPECIALLY since they did not have an explanation as to why it happened. Apart from this, the room was nice & clean. Not worth a traumatic experience with no comfort after though.

The accommodation is spacious, need update though.

Not as good as expected. Rooms are bare and underfurnished. It’s ok but nothing to go wow about.
