Not friendly not very accommodating. Charged a $100 deposit in case I smoked. I was supposed to get it back after they cleaned my room. It’s been 2 days now.

We had a wonderful time you are right in the center of everything!!!

We stayed on a Wednesday night, they inform you of the noise from the night club. The night club isn’t open during the week, but there’s a very nice bar next to it we had a blast in!!. We didn’t hear a peep the whole night. Would definitely stay again!!

The hotel is decent in cleanliness and comfort. There were two staff at the reception and one gave us a look like she wasn't going to help us, then looked at the other staff member, telling her to help us. It didn't give us a great feeling. The only other item to know is that it will probably be loud until 2 or 2:30 in the morning at least. It didn't bother me too much to have pulsing, beating electronic music all night, but my friends had to use ear plugs.

Right in the heart of Ennis. Old hotel with modern amenities. Great place to stay with cafe restaurant and bar on ground level. Luggage storage was helpful too.

Great location. Easy to check in and out. The flush in the toilet should be maintained. It was taking forever to refill.

Terrible room, was dirty and the bathroom toilet/shower was non-functional. Advised staff to fix, they refused!!! Advised I wanted to check out, they refused and would not release the hold on my credit card and would not refund my money!!

This hotel required 150 euro deposit which is far higher than others. Then I had to keep asking them for it back. They didn’t return it after three separate requests until I stated that I was going to ask my bank to investigate them. Only then did they return the deposit.

Accommodation fone. I did not eat there.

Abruptly told at 3.10 thst I could not check on till 4pm. Usually that is not a problem. Receptionist not particularly friendly

This property is in the center of town. The retail district looks like a movie set with narrow streets lined with pubs, resteraunts, and many retailers. The staff was amazing but it seems the maid was distracted one day and left the room unkept. The front desk was able to quickly rectify. The first floor is a coffee shop and resterant serving breakfast lunch and dinner. Parking is in a city lot near by and you do need to pay during the day to 5:30 but we were out and exploring most of the day. There is a local no charge Museum and a historic ruins of a mideavil monastery next door to explore.

A quiant historic building about as well renovated as it could be, but our very small room lackex a closet or bureau drawers. Nevertheless we enjoyed our stay due to the very friendly helpful staff and the fantastic location in the old city center!

Convenient location, walkable area. Unhelpful front desk staff and very difficult parking. To be fair it was on a Friday but parking was very difficult and front desk staff had no information.

I was very pleasantly suprised by a private medium-level hotel that can hold its own against any of the major chains.

Was ok for the price as it was near to St Patrick’s day. We arrived late at night and the night porter that let us in was lovely but his English wasn’t great so couldn’t get the info we needed. We had booked a double room but ended up with 3 singles ! Not ideal for a romantic weekend away. The noise at night was very loud but we knew the hotel had a nightclub so if you’re ok with loud music until the early hours then you’ll be ok. The hotel is quite run down, it appears they are in the stages of renovations. No hairdryer, asked for one at the reception but it never got delivered! Would I stay here again? I don’t think so, the location is excellent but that’s all it has in it’s favour unfortunately:0(

The room was very nice… We had no internet which was disappointing. The receptionist was very pleasant.

The room looked tired, the dresser between the beds had 2 drawers which came off their runners when I opened them & wouldn't go back on. The lower right corner also was separated from the main body of the unit. I informed both receptionists who were on duty, one showed concern while the other didn't. No phone in the room, 2 plugs, 1 had the plug for the t.v, the other by the bed. T.v remote, no backing covering the batteries. Fire exit leading from the entrance on the right before getting to the 1st floor had a bolt ensuring the door remained firmly closed, was a concern. Window outside room 206 had no latch & was open which is also a safety concern.

The hot water boiler was not working the night we stayed, so we didn't have access to hot water; however, the rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful and requested that our overall bill be reduced due to the inconvenience. We appreciated their help and were grateful for the good customer service.
