I was very happy with the clerk when I arrived she was very friendly. The room was adequate for my needs. It was a lay over so I spent very little time in the hotel.

Great penthouse, large balcony

Best location in Copenhagen - the hearth of the the city center and also close to the metro - direct 30 min ride from CPH airport. Perfect for solo travelers and city exporters.

Was not what I thought after reading reviews . Found the hotel more hostel vibes , lift only operates with one person at a time between certain hours. Rooms are very basic , thin mattress that falls off the bed easily , no tv,no coffee tea making facilities ,no air conditioning or fan . Luckily we only used the room for sleeping it not done where I’d hang out . Location was close to the water big plus!

Nice place for a couple of nights

This is a very basic hotel, great value.

I would say overall the best feature is its proximity to the metro and ease of getting there from the airport. It is also close to nyhavn which is a must on any tourist visit.

Loud noise from late night until early morning. The room did not deserve the price paid for.

I must mention specifically the plate up breakfast was really very good quality,variety and value for money Great location 5 minutes from Metro and great connection of metro to and from air port Rooms are small but enough for solo travelers Only one small issue hand held shower water pressure is bit low for my liking Many restaurants around the area with walking distance Very comfortable bed I would like to mention here Chanella and Sebastian for their friendly service Overall very happy with the stay Vasantha from Melbourne Australia

The hotel’s location was ideal, conveniently situated within walking distance of restaurants, shopping, museums and more. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was surprisingly spacious for a European hotel.

This was ok for a one night stay but the property lacked all but the most essential amenities. No TV, in room safe, soap in shower and the bedside lamp did not work. I would not choose this property for anything but a short overnight place to sleep although it is a comparably affordable place to stay in Copenhagen

Everything was nice, staff was very friendly and helpful . Room was noisy because it backed up to the elevator they did shut the lift down between Midnight and 7am. Location was good close to everything.

Great nights sleep after a long layover. Our flight was delayed and got in late, but they were so helpful and accommodating to get us in after the front desk closed, thank you!

Great location and price!

Terrific value for a hotel in this historic neighborhood. Certainly fancier lodgings can be had — at five times the nightly rate across the street. There were some slight inconveniences but rightly considered — it’s an adventure! And the lovely staff made us feel especially welcome!

This is a nice little hotel a half a block from the fjord. It was an easy walk to many attractions including the colored houses, the Little Mermaid statue and the Royal Opera House.
