A very simple, modern, clean hotel. Rooms are small but perfect for a single traveller place to crash, moments from the station.

The hotel was clean and bright. It has a younger vibe, a bit art deco, you might say. The staff were VERY helpful and friendly. Thank you! And the reception was open when I arrived at a late hour due to a transportation snafu. In the midst of the heatwave everyone was talking about, she offered me a glass of cold water, which I gratefully accepted. Such a hospitable touch! The room was pleasing, again that art deco look. I liked it, even if in some ways the design wasn't terribly practical. The compact space left no room for a desk or writing area. The mirror over the sink was too high for someone not tall. The sink was around the corner from the bathroom, not in it. That stuff might not matter to everyone, so stay there anyway! The room was appealing, there's a comfortable sitting area downstairs, and an outside area too. Again, the friendly staff, always a plus. There is a welcoming atmosphere. And it's close to the main rail station as well as right on a streetcar line. Convenient! Recommended.

Très bel hôtel, bien situé tout près du tramway. Personnel sympathique et aidant. Hotel moderne et chambres fonctionnelles. Air climatisé très efficace. Par contre, elles sont petites et il faut savoir que la douche n’est pas dans un espace fermé. Aussi, les chambres ne sont pas grandes, ce ne sont pas des espaces convenant pour passer du temps à l’hôtel. Nous avions des chambres situées dans une partie communicantes, ce qui était très pratique et peut convenir à une famille ou à des amis voyageant ensemble. Le hall de l’hôtel est très bien aménagé et c’était agréable d’y passer du temps. Au final, je recommande l’hôtel et j’y retournerais sans hésiter.

Very well located for a short stay near the station. Facilities worked well and breakfast was good. Trams right outside the door.

Property was clean, walkable to St Catherine, 15 to 20 min. Passed some great Boulangeres

Hôtel fantastique pour personne seule ou en couple. Chambres propres, lits confortables, installations neuves, propres bien entretenues, personnel attentionné. L’espace commun à l’entrée avec son service de café et de bar 24/7 est vraiment accueillant. J’ai tout aimé!

The hotel is new , The room itself was clean nacely decorated, and the bed was very comfortable. The staff at the reception, bar, and restaurant were all very pleasant, friendly, and helpful. The breakfast was delicious, though the coffee could be improved The hotel's central location made it convenient to access everything I needed. I will certainly return again.

The design and aesthetic of the hotel are stylish, thoughtful, and well executed. The staff were all great, and the lobby has a good vibe. It is also a super short walk from the train station — I hauled 3 American-sized bags over in maybe 8 minute walk. Super easy and convenient. And the local tram picks up right outside. But my room was not well cared for — the shower dripped constantly, they put a towel down to help with the noise but couldn’t fix the leak; there were scuff marks and other wear & tear on the walls, the curtains and chair have seen better days. I also heard the city tram pass every 10 minutes — it’s not well protected from noise. Otherwise the layout of the room was good, they have lots of shelves and a big bar to hang things on which was great. AC worked well and quickly, the shower water pressure was strong, bed was comfy. A mixed review for me.

We think this hotel is a real gem. Very close to the main railway station and also with a tram stop outside with trams connecting directly to the airport. The hotel is modern and rather chic. All the staff we had contact with were cheerful ,happy and helpful. The double room we had was clean and bright and was ideal for our one night stop over. A large modern TV, excellent air con and a comfy mattress. Toilet and shower were clean and functioned as expected. The morning breakfast was the perfect continental self service with lots of choice and well stocked. . The general ambience is smart and bright . We would not hesitate to use the hotel again on a visit to Bordeaux. The location is so convenient with the tram stop outside connecting easily to all parts of the city. A mention to of the ability to leave luggage with the hotel on your leaving day for collection later, very convenient. So for value for money, convenience and general comfort don't hesitate to book.

The hotel is exceptionally well-maintained, clean, and conveniently located just a five-minute walk from the train station. A tram stop adjacent to the hotel provides easy access to the old town, significantly reducing travel time from a 25-minute walk, and also offers convenient access to the airport. Our room, though compact, featured a comfortable bed and tasteful decor. Breakfast was satisfactory.

My room was incredibly tiny, but it didn’t matter because it was clean and it was very cool- it was a 90 degree day. Its location is very close to the train station, about a 4 to 5 minute walk. It is also in a fantastic area for going out in the evening to get a drink or a meal. Just a lovely experience for the price. Delightful staff at the reception, too. The overall vibe is young and fun,

I had a wonderful stay at life hotel, it’s in very close proximity to the train station and all the restaurants and bars of the old town. The hotel was very clean and modern at a very affordable price. But what made the hotel was the excellent staff, they cannot do enough for you, they are so friendly, knowledgeable and fun to talk to. I will definitely be returning to this hotel.

Tiny but very well designed rooms. Comfy bed. Nice shower. Located close to the train station, tram to the airport short walk from the centre of town.

My 2 nd visit to this hotel and everyone and everything was more than satisfactory.

Excellent reception staff, very helpful with making a restaurant reservation for an evening meal. Breakfast was very good value: fresh orange juice(DIY) and home made yoghurt.

Staff was nice, one of them exceptionally so, rooms clean and practical, good location, quiet at night. The rooms are very small, two people with two suitcases would have difficulties to fit in. I think there are a few bigger rooms for families, but according to the floor plan most of them are the same size. Fortunately I was by myself, so no problem. Nice ambiente overall, would definitely stay again.

The hotel staff were excellent and nothing was a bother. Happy to switch from French to English depending on the guest language skills. Great secure parking. The light rail passes the hotel front door so leave your car and explore Bordeaux by light rail.
