Perfect hôtel

I love this hotel sometimes we book this hotel maybe 2 times a year, however this tip I felt it was not like before

Stunning location and this was a return trip as we love the hotel so much

Every single staff member was welcoming, friendly and provided excellent service, Julian, Gabriel, Maria, Arnault, Luna, Nicolas, Francois mgr, valet, concierge, restaurant etc - nice quiet town, aside from being unable to swim in ocean first few days; the staff & facility (pool helped) more than made up for the inability to swim in ocean which had unfortunate overflow from stadium toilet.

Professional staff and excellent service.

The views are outstanding. The room was excellent. The staff is very helpful. The pool was delightful. We didn't use the spa, but it would have been great, I am sure. The restaurants are excellent as well.

The stay was absolutely amazing, very attentive staff and beautiful views from the restaurant/ swimming pool. However if you book a ‘city view’ room and you’re on the first floor, prepare to be woken up every morning at 06:30 by the towel/sheet delivery out the front of the hotel. Full disclosure, we complained and were offered to swap rooms if we moved everything by 12pm, but we had one night left and had booked a trip out so didn’t have time to move everything.

Terrible management of an upmarket hotel. Unprofessional conduct that led to a hazardous situation that my family was exposed to. Unsafe environment for small children.

We had an amazing stay at the hotel. The staff was fantastic, the room was comfortable and the spa was outstanding. The beach is beautiful and easy to access. We really enjoyed being able to swim in the pool at night too. The restaurant, Lumière, was sadly not worth a visit. The food was surprisingly bland and overpriced. Drinks at the bar were well made and they have a nice whiskey selection.

My husband and I are American and stayed here for 6 nights. In my opinion this hotel would be a 3-star hotel in the US and not 5-star like it is listed. Most of the guests seemed to be other French people on vacation and not a lot of tourists. The room was small and upon arrival the staff came up and into our room with us which was a little strange. The staff also told us breakfast was included and upon checking out they charged us 32 Euros each for each day of breakfast and wouldn’t make any accommodations to fix their error even though we were told in French and English that it was included! We were pretty upset by this and felt as though we were kind of ‘tricked’ by the staff. The pool area is nice and has a great view but very limited deck space and chairs. We used the gym too and that was adequate but only 2 people could really comfortably work out in there at the same time. The location is great for walking to shops and restaurants and we highly recommend the restaurant at the Casino (just bring your passports for them to let you in). Our stay was nice, but we just had some frustrations with the limited space and the staff. Valet parking however was very convenient and helpful in that area especially mid day when there’s no where to park! I don’t think we would stay here again, but it was definitely an elegant place just small.

Felt that the charge for beach chairs was excessive given the limited number of pool chairs.

Beautiful hotel situated overlooking Bandol harbour on one side and the bay and beach on the other. There are excellent spa facilities as well as indoor and outdoor heated pools. The staff are very helpful and speak English as well as French. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend to others.

Very nice hotel in a great location, very happy with our stay

Not obvious there was a valet which on a one-way street was a pain going back and forth when we could access the parking. Our greeting was very cold. Given vouchers at reception for the spa despite it already being full, there was no advance warning we had to book the spa 2 weeks in advance. We were told Breakfast was 30€ and so didn’t take it only to find after our stay that it was already included (couldnt find this info on the hotels.com app while we were there). Staff were friendly but not forthcoming with information it took a lot of questions to get answers. Reception advised on check in they were booking a table for us at the restaurant but when we arrived no such booking had been made and we were advised they weren’t sure they could find us a table. Not the service and experience we were hoping for for our honeymoon and we will no doubt redo our honeymoon for this reason. Lovely hotel but when we presented our concerns to the staff we were only met with excuses and reasons why nothing was their fault. This could really be a fantastic place with the right training. Service and food in both restaurants was excellent however and the spa area is nice although it should have an age limit as we didnt enjoy the kids swimming over the top of us whilst trying to enjoy the hydrothérapies.

Comfortable room with a great balcony and view. The breakfast was excellent and the communal areas of the hotel were well kept with a luxurious modern feel. Sometimes some of the items in the room were forgotten and not replenished on odd days but otherwise I would thoroughly recommend this hotel.

Very nice

The location, view and the clean rooms are amazing. The property is let down by the robotic staff, lack of personalised service and lack of attention to detail. This hotel could be one of the best in the region but bad management is letting this place down.
