A couple of staff members were “businesslike”, not very friendly or helpful. Grounds are nice and well-kept. Beautiful harbor/marina behind the property! Breakfast was good, not great. Appropriate to the pricing. Our room was comfortable, as were the beds. Bathroom was a bit small, but clean and functional.

Would definitely go again!

The hotel is adorable, loved the theme. Very clean. Front desk is SUPER nice and extremely helpful. Checked in quickly. Watched the England game with some like minded fans in the bar area. Rooms were cute and clean. Beds were comfy. Would definitely stay again. Close to Lunenburg and Mahone Bay which are must sees!

My daughter and I went on a mini vacation and stayed 2 nights.. we travelled all over the south shore shopping at all the nice boutiques and markets. We also ate at the restaurant in the hotel the meal was absolutely delicious and the service was excellent.! We definitely will be back again now we are off to New Brunswick.. 😊

For first time guests we were thrilled with the cleanliness of the facility. Been a while since we kicked our shoes off in a hotel. As seniors it would have been nice to have an elevator - stairs in any length have become difficult. Sadly our view was obstructed by a roof peak. GPS directions brought us to a private road marked no trespassing - the actual access is further down the road. When returning to the area this resort will be high on the consideration chart.

Our only issuee was in the entertainment longe with regard to strong creosote odor from fireplace(not in use).Cused dismfort re eyes/ nose . Might be time to convert to propane !

We travelled there as our trip was to visit oak island. Very convenient as really close. The room was great. The staff were great and the food was excellent. Awesome place to stay and recommend to anyone.

Beautiful location and facility. Restaurant hours inconvenient for our purpose. A used facecloth was left behind on bathroom floor.

Beautiful property with great views of the ocean and marina and islands. There are things to do on site, very close to fun towns Mahone Bay and Lunenberg. Restaurant is very nice, but could use a few more normal menu choices. Waitress staff were excellent.

I loved the fact that you could stand out on balcony and overlook the entire area. You can walk all around by the ocean where chairs were placed by the water so you could just sit in them, enjoy the hot sun and listen to the ocean while relaxing, watching the clouds sail by, listening to the birds while you feel the occasional warm breeze slide over you. The food was outstanding in my view and the amenities like the pools, gym, tennis court and mini golf were a blast. Would I go back there?? In less than a heartbeat!

Staff could be a bit friendlier at check in especially for the price point, but definitely a nice little hotel, a little dated, but has charm

Resort is a bit aged but efforts to upgrade are visible everywhere.

We love this hotel ! It was exceptional! The food was good and the place was kept so clean and lovely. Everything was so convenient! The pool was great and there was a washroom, a change room and a warm shower right near the pool! (Can’t say the same for the Alt airport hotel’s pool area!

Property was clean and well maintained. We enjoyed our 1 night stay.

We had a lovely stay at the hotel! The view of the ocean from the balcony was beautiful. A bit inconvenient to lug suitcases down steps to our room on the 4th floor but we managed because our cases were not heavy. Conveniently located to Oak Island which was our main reason for the visit. Also very convenient to go to Lunenburg, Mahone Bay & Peggy’s Cove. The staff is very friendly. The pool looked very inviting although we did not partake. We would definitely stay here again!!

The hotel was excellent. The dinner and breakfast we had was exceptional. Best dinner we had in a long time. Overall a great place and highly recommend.

Clean rooms . Ground level rooms are noisy due to outside traffic and activities from conferences. Surprised that room didn’t have water bottles. Restaurant was very good but limited menu or items on menu were not available.
