Great home. Loved that there was a washer dryer albeit super slow. Area around was beautiful. Went for a run and it was gorgeous morning. Food was good and they were very accommodating with kids needs.

My stay was very pleasant. The hotel room was comfortable and quiet and the hotel had easy parking. The food was very good; I can recommend the Highland venison carpaccio and the Scottish cod fillet. The town was within easy walking distance with many places of interest. I can recommend The Hootananny bar for live music.

Nice location, quiet but still accessible. Parking was abundant and easy, clean & big rooms, and the staff were very helpful throughout our stay. My wife left her shoes behind and the reception staff helped a courier return them to us in England. Highly recommend!

Location is nice on the river, but the room was cramped, had a view over some air conditioning units and seemed very tired. Disappointing

We stayed in a very appointed apartment that was much larger than we expected based on what we booked, which was a nice surprise. Everything was well laid out and appointed. The staff was lovely, and the meals we had in the bar and the main restaurant were very good.

Old place - the room key was a skeleton key from the 1800’s. Sink in the bathroom was from the 50’s. Staff was weird. I’m sure there were much better places in Inverness

Property was very well located along the Ness River. It is very quaint with a steep staircase. Only take an overnight bag inside! Unfortunately the view from our room was ugly - lots of black plastic out there - which was disappointing.

Stay in Inverness regularly for business. Usual accommodation was not available so gave this a try. Lovely location on the river. Weather was lovely too and enjoyed a drink outside in the sunshine. After dinner, returned to room to work. Room was OK, a bit dated, bed was very soft (too soft for my liking) with a thick topper on the mattress which did not seem to help. Was woken during the night (I'm a heavy sleeper) due to a terrible banging noise in the room. At 1st I thought someone was knocking on the door but then realised it was the pipes in the room that were making the noise! It wasn't cold in the room and the heating wasn't even on so not sure why it was making such a racket! I made reception staff aware in the morning and by her reaction, I got the impression I was not the 1st person to mention this. Staff themselves were friendly but won't be rushing back unless options in the city are limited.

This hotel is ok . It is clean. However it needs some updating. The room furniture is old and depressing, no plugs for the phones and no elevator. Bed was ok . We had dinner at the restaurant and the food was surprisingly very good.

The receptionist made me wait for 20 minutes before check in. I arrived after check in time and she forgot about us. She wasn’t the happiest of people. The room was run down with damp On the window. A terrible lot’s banging noise in wall. It went on for hours. A bad experience.
