Pros: Clean and spacious room, great customer service, good location. Cons: Bed was hard like a rock and terrible to sleep in, wifi was atrocious.

I like the Victoria Regia. It has been upgraded in recent years. I am a regular there. Breakfast is good, but could be a little better. The pool and bar is fantastic fun. Recommended

The hotel is a few blocks from the riverwalk, the two main squares. The onsite restaurant is very good and the included breakfast is excellent. The staff are all very helpful, friendly .

This is an older hotel, it's not horrible but it doesn't even come close to the double tree in Iquitos yet it's priced in a similar range... Staff was very nice but room not worth more than $40/night I think they're scamming some reviews to get the rating they have ..

Breakfast is excellent! Room is okay with no window. Got woken up at 8am due to loud construction noise.

This hotel does not speak English, they would just hang up your call. Booked a refundable stay, but they don’t honor the policy and provide refund. Stay away from this hotel, book elsewhere!
