I have just returned from 2 week vacation. Hotel is beautiful and well maintained, staff are curious all around. I do have a couple of things I would report. Firstly, we didn't understand why we had to purchase water bottles at every meal, free glasses of water was never served. It become very expensive especially for those that their currency is is low. Secondly, the showers should have a rest in order for us to use our own products. We had to set our bottles on the floor; never had this problem in other countries. Lastly, our room was overlooking the theater. Once the show ended at 23h, and it was followed by very loud music until midnight. Why? Very disturbing when you're trying to get some rest. In all it was a great vacation we will definitely return! Thank you 😊

We have just returned from a 10 night B&B stay at this hotel, we have stayed at quite a few hotels in this area but our first time here and I can confirm that it was almost a perfect stay, the hotel is part of a complex with two other hotels attached which is really good because you can use the facilities of each hotel. The hotel is very well presented and very clean everywhere, our room was serviced every day, the breakfast was also good with quite a good selection, the pool areas are also very nice, Now for the one thing that really got me feeling quite annoyed. We paid a premium for a room with a sea view which we got and was very good however we rarely got to sit outside due to other people smoking and forcing us to return to our room and stay behind closed doors so we really wasted our money on that room, I understand hotels are allowed a percentage of rooms for smokers however I am sure this could be managed and planned out better than the current set up which is everyone just mixed together, I did speak to a manager and was offered a change of room but because they have no idea which rooms have smokers in it would of been a lottery and could of been even worse. I have mentioned this issue because I am sure other people like myself would rather be informed of this issue.

Hotel was amazing, facilities were fantastic, outdoor pools were well maintained, indoor pool needed some work on the tiles, but lovely! Rooms were beautiful, with large spacious bed, bathroom brilliant & balcony overlooking the sea! The only thing to let it down for me was the buffet dinner! Very dry looking food, desserts were better, but the food was not for me. Overall lovely hotel, staff were really friendly and helpful. Parking has to pay for on top of the room fee!

Huge resort with many spacious and well-maintained common areas. A central bar with live shows every evening, plus scheduled entertainment activities throughout the day. Recently renovated; my room was spacious, very clean, with an excellent bathroom and a large balcony. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner were plentiful, offering a wide variety of options for all tastes, including live cooking stations with chefs preparing fresh meat or fish on the spot, or eggs in the morning. Outdoor pools right by the beachfront, as well as a heated indoor pool available during the winter season. The gym is adequate and open 24 hours. The staff is extremely friendly and kind.

This is no where near 4 stars hotel. We have been staying in a lot of 4 stars and this is at the very bottom of the list. They should be lucky ti get away with 3 stars hotel. The rooms are ok, definitely not 3 stars, missing a lot of details and attention to guests. The pool facilities were quite good but it seems, during peak summer holiday, the people will definitely struggle to get beds anywhere near the pool, will be nothing but great fights over it. Location is very good, lots of restaurants and shops, close to the beach and torremolinos center. We stayed with half board but we are really happy that we did not pay for all inclusive. First of all, is the worse variety we have seen in food across any hotel we visited so far, we stayed in better 3 star hotels where they had by far better choices and larger range. The food was always repetitive and always 2 grill choices, 2 solid and 2 sides. Then the usual chips and nuggets. Breakfast is always ok. But really, was extremely poor choices. The food was very good and tasty but it feels like they prioritise profits a lot more than you can imagine. They do not serve all inclusive drinks over dinner and you need to buy it. 3 euros for a coke is a joke when anywhere else is like 1euro. Same with beer and wine, they over priced ridiculously and is not tourist friendly at all when rest of the places are extremely affordable and very high rating restaurants. We chosen to eat outside most nights as there was no local food or something closer to spanish cuisine but neither anything esle. Extremly disappointing. Many people said save you money and time don’t book this hotel. If you get it cheap, is worth it, like maybe £400 £500 with flights included and 4 5 nights. Anything over this price is a complete rip off.
