We booked through hotels.com who advertised a pool and rooftop. There is a pool but it’s €35 to use it for 90 minutes and no rooftop. The toilet seat was broken, the blinds didn’t open properly and the plug sockets came out of the walls when removing the plug. When we complained the staff said that there was no refunds available as we’d booked through hotels. Later that day a man came into the room whilst my girlfriend was in bed alone and asked if she’d ordered a jug that he was holding, which she hadn’t. The shower was not adjustable and pointed inward towards the wall meaning you couldn’t stand directly under it making showing difficult. The next day we had to wait for a table for breakfast as the dining room was so small. We decided to leave and upon check out, the staff were very rude, didn’t ask why we were checking out early and at no point in time offered to fix the broken items or attempt to remedy the situation. The bar staff were friendly however. Overall it was very very disappointing and not as advertised.

The hotel was a great location for our arrival to the island and to acclimate for a few days after a long flight. Parking was convenient and breakfast delicious as well as complimentary. The restaurant had tasty food too. Everything was perfect!

Very good hotel definitely recommend

There is no swimming pool and the restaurant is overpriced. However staff is very helpful and can book very good restaurants. They also advised on sightseeing and car rental. Better than average 4 star hotel

From the receptionist to the maître D in the breakfast area, to the servers in lounge, to the cleaning staff…everyone was friendly, helpful and warm. It was an excellent experience. Thank you to the staff of the Thotel in Cagliari Sardegna. The place was modern and beautiful. We had a wonderful time.

Great experience! The room was perfect! And the service was too notch and very helpful. The free parking and the delicious, daily and free breakfast were huge bonuses.

Nice hotel, a bit out of the way however, with very limited shops and restaurants nearby. Breakfast had decent options, but it was a bit chaotic on the day I arrived as there was a big group, and no clean tables. I had a room on a high floor which had amazing views! Overall a good hotel and would stay again.

Parking accross the road from hotel in underground car park, 15 minute walk into town and good bars/ restaurants in local area

Overnight stay before flying home. Good position in City and had free parking across the road from hotel. You can walk to city Center - takes about 20 minutes. Friendly staff, breakfast busy at 9.00 am.

The reception desk person, Mateo was very helpful. He made our stay much more enjoyable.

We really enjoyed our stay at T-Hotel. The checkin was very efficient. We liked the sunken bar snack area. The staff there were very efficient and friendly. A minor problem with the closet hinge was fixed quickly. Parking across the street in underground parking was excellent. A great stay !
