All excellent! Great breakfast, great staff, excellent location close to two metro stations, there’s even a balcony to enjoy views of Paulista Avenue. The room was perfect, bathroom well equipped. It truly has everything you need. Wi-Fi didn’t disappoint either. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

This is a very nice hotel. The breakfast was really good. They have a nice pool and exercise room on the top deck. It's walking distance to a lot of attractions the museum + other museums. It's the perfect location for sightseeing.

Well located and renewed hotel

Staff was super nice and gave us tips on how to go around in Sao Paulo. Perfect rooms and bathrooms for us since we spent most of the day out in the city, loved coming back to them. The ac was a bit weird when we got there but you can adjust the temperature and fan with the remote. Location wise it is also perfect since it has a shopping mall literally across the street, loved getting coffee there plus there's a real yummy chocolate store at that mall.

The location is great, the staff is amazing only rooms need some upgrading. They are old, yet very clean.

The front desk (it was an older gentleman) did not speak any English. He was so rude to us because we did not speak Spanish or English. He just gave us our keys and expected us to figure things out. Thankfully, there was a younger gentleman at the front desk in the evening who was willing to converse. It was just so odd and honestly unacceptable to have staff at the front desk that does not speak any English. Especially at a hotel in the commercial city. In terms of our room, the floors were sticky and disgusting. And it is high time for them to get rid of the stained couch in the room. Too gross to even place a bag on it. To be honest, it's best to stay at the Continental or any other hotel if you only speak English and are comparing places.

Excellent room, updated (11th floor), great service, great staff and incredible breakfast with many options, everything fresh and plentiful one of the best breakfasts I’ve had. Excellent location in a safe neighbourhood, couldn’t have asked for more. Thank you!

I stay here every time I am in São Paulo and am always impressed by the hotel and the area around it. I will be back again and again.

Yes hotel clean and staff was nice. Not sure what to expect when I arrived and lobby was a bit simple and needed to entertain business meeting.

I’ve stayed here before and liked it enough to stay again. However this time the extra blanket in the room was dirty and had a brown substance smeared on it. I was shocked that they gave us a dirty blanket in a plastic bag appearing clean. They ended up replacing the blanket but when staying at hotels I expect clean bedding at bare minimum.

Everything at this hotel is great. Clean room, good breakfast. The lunch buffet was amazing. Is close to the Avenida Paulista and the mall Shopping Cidade 3. I have stayed here many times and it is my go to hotel when I am in São Paulo.
