We stayed at the penthouse suite. The room was missing a few small items such as snacks, and apparently a QR code linked directly to their room service menu. There also was some small food spilled on the balcony upstairs that hadn’t been cleaned up from the previous client. For the price we paid for the room, I wouldn’t have expected these issues, as minor as they were. Other than that, the views and service were superb, the spa is definitely worth a visit, and the teppanyaki experience was amazing. Would visit again, hopefully next time the minor issues are taken care of.
