Only complaints: the blackout curtains had folds preventing them closing 100% (could peek through ENOUGH) and they aren’t on 2 rails, the bathroom light (and wall light) were extremely gloomy and dull (if I needed glasses to see it would’ve been a big issue for showering), the microwave was unbelievably noisy, and no tissues in the room.

The host was very congenial and very welcoming. The area is quite clean and easily accessible. Very good rates as well.

Heater didn’t work, had to listen to a ceramic heater for three days, hot water was lacking. Internet was and on and off, Ceiling fan wouldn’t turn off, they advertised free breakfast but there wasn’t, their advertisement said don’t pay until you check in, but they billed me Two days prior to check in, hair on an in the bathtub. If given the option to stay at that hotel or sleep in my truck in the middle of winter, I’d sleep in my truck.

Exactly what i expected

Strong smell of scentrd cleaning supplies. Dim loghting. Everythinh else was great!

Decent kitchen was nice to have. Comfy bed. Good TV. Quiet and convenient location. Interior walls could benefit from cleaning/new paint.

Quiet and easy. Diner right in the parking lot.

Late check-in was great since we were driving from the lower mainland and the highway passes / weather can be unpredictable. Front desk staff were helpful, efficient and friendly to deal with. The hot tub was popular, and we hope they consider leaving it open later. The HOME restaurant is adjacent and had hot breakfast starting early so was great for heading up the highway early.

Stayed 1 night. Very clean and nice for a budget hotel. Friendly staff.

I would stay here again. If I could actually get the room I booked. We booked a full kitchen accessible room but got none of that. As we were only one night this time we made due. It was fine, the rooms are otherwise fine. Clean. But if I plan to use a kitchen and don’t have one, food would have spoiled, nowhere to cook. Also they said they would call me regarding the price discrepancy from what I paid for vs what I got. But they never did. I will give this hotel a second chance though.

It's a comfy spot right off the highway close to shopping and food. Rooms are outfitted well.

It was convenient to have a restaurant on the property.

The mattress in our room had seen its time and needed replacing. Mentioned to staff and were thankful for the feedback as otherwise they wouldn’t know. The room was GREAT and the pool FANTASTIC. Love it when hotels have Shaw satellite. I only had a hard time walking with the unevenous of the ground. But in was built on rock so you live with it.
