Great place to stay, quiet clean rooms, awesome room service

Breakfast was great. Really enjoyed our stay will definitely go back again.

Easy access to public transport

Was promised a free bottle of wine on arrival and daily as part of the booking. This wasn’t provided.

The room was furnished beautifully, it was spotlessly clean, staff we great. The food at the Waterwall restaurant was absolutely delicious, would definitely stay there again

Although being a little older and in some ways needing a little love, the staff makes up for the condition of the hotel. The breakfast buffet is excellent and offers plenty of variety.

Room was just..Asked for the TV to be fixed on Monday - still not working on Friday. Didn't provide clean glasses.

Booking and check in was easy. Room was overall clean and tidy- a little tired looking. Biggest problem was the shower. Water pressure and the old shower head were terrible. Temperature was hard to balance. Definitely needs fixing.

Rooms are dirty and in poor state. We moved to 3 x rooms to avoid any issues.

Clean tidy and great staff

Didn't receive an upgrade, the bathroom was still dirty and had clothing from a previous guest still in it. The tub after getting out had dirt and people's old skin and hair in it after it drained.

Our room was near a room that had something that was making a vibrating noise

It looked 5 ⭐ untill you got to the room. Then if give it a 2 ⭐..... Spa had to be cleaned before it's use. One would think for the price the bath would be clean, fresh milk in the fridge the air con turned on to cool the room in peak of summer before arrival... Just saying 🙄 .t was the old pagoda ballroom with a dress lick of paint

Clean, available and friendly staff. Allowed us to stay at the pool after the check out which helped with the time to spend before teh flight.
