Gym facilities are very poor and there is an additional charge of £10 for using the pool. Large queues to order food at the bar. Just not worth the additional £40 per night. Stay at the Staverton Park instead.

Rooms very dated and in need of a refresh

Stayed overnight following a local wedding. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. No breakfast for us.

A spacious room, very clean, plenty of hot water in the bathroom, friendly staff, open 24 hours, this is second time to stay and found out that there’s a bus stop right next to the hotel, all what I needed!

Staff were lovely and the room was great. It was also really quiet despite being a Christmas party night.

Room was very good and clean,staff were very helpful an accommodating.breakfast was good only problem was that the plates weren’t hot and you had to eat your food quickly before it went cold.

Room clean ,water red hot ,spacious.

The room was well appointed. Found the bed uncomfortable. It was just an overnight stay as we were out with friends.

We had a great stay, lovely rooms, comfortable beds, friendly staff on reception and a particularly lovely staff member at breakfast. We also enjoyed using the pool and sauna/steam room as part of our stay.

Room was spotless, Staff were great can’t fault it.

The bedrooms were in poor condition. The desk was all chipped and dated. The bathroom door looked like it had been pulled out a skip. Bathroom had mould and holes not filled in. Carpet stained. Loads of cob webs. Bed was comfortable and clean.

Didn't use work spaces or drinks options

The hotel is nice, rooms are very nice, the hallways are not light properly

Helpful staff. Convenient conference facilities.

An excellent Hotel. I would definitely stay there again.
