Lived our stay. Shower was a little tricky to figure out but we got it. So glad it is a 24/7 since we arrived later than expected. Lovely breakfast and baggage storage while we exploded

The hotel is located in a very convenient spot in town, few steps away from the train station and bus stops with plenty of shopping and dining options close by. The rooms at the hotel were spacious and clean and excellent service while checking in and out.

Quality facility, friendly staff

Many tour buses use this hotel. Noisy outside during the evening/night due to people, smokers, and traffic circle. It was difficult to get sleep if you needed the windows open due to noise and smoke. Some rooms have nicer views of the castle. Dining area could be very busy if tour buses were there at the same time. Nice selection for food. Very convenient location to walk to the old town area with many restaurants and beautiful sights to see. Very close to the train and bus station as well.

Very good atmosphere and convenient location for sight seeing and shopping.

Great arra and staff, rooms were comfortable

It’s an older hotel, a bit dated, but overall good. The rooms are clean, comfortable and quiet. Beds were comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic with lots of options. It’s very walkable to old town, shopping and restaurants. They give you a bus pass for local transit and to/from the castles. The boat stop is just a block away. I’d definitely stay here again.

The breakfast service and staff are excellent, and location of the hotel is wonderful to explore the old town. Only thing is the hotel floor is old carpet, which makes me not feeling comfortable.

Truly loved everything about this place. Our room was huge and incredibly clean. The beds were comfy enough and we could adjust the temperature in our room to our liking. Breakfast was included and was decent. Overall the hotel was very quiet and there’s an underground garage to park. It’s close to the castles and good restaurants. Just a note, the garage is VERY narrow. Like insanely, narrow.

Very near to train station (but not loud, train is end of the line so not passing through traffic). Staff were very friendly and spoke English. Easy walk to old town area and great views. Bus to the castles picks up right across the street by the train station. Room was spacious and clean. Room stayed comfortably warm in the winter.

The service was great, the front desk was so helpful and parking was easy. The room was great and we really enjoyed our stay. We had a gorgeous room with a view and large balcony for a very reasonable price.

We checked into the property with friendly and welcoming staff. We were offered parking in the garage for a good rate, and the staff was very helpful with our questions. Breakfast was great, many options and tasty. The property is quite large and there were several hallways and doorways to get to our room, which was a little inconvenient with having to open multiple doors with luggage- I suppose this was to mitigate noises from others, but it wasn't too bad. The location is fantastic and it is easy to get around and navigate to shops and restaurants. They offered mulled wine during the Christmas season we were there which was a plus! I would definitely stay again if I was in the area.

It’s a decent hotel in the center of Fuessen, however, dining options are limited there.

This property has extremely limited amenities. No coffee/tea maker, no water, no refrigerator, no iron. Not up to the standards

The hotel was nice. I did not do enough research. The property is not near the castle. You must bus and by tickets to the castle weeks in advance. We did not make time for the town or hotel.

Most everything was pretty good, but the rooms were aged, yet clean. Issues were: the heating/cooling did absolutely nothing. We could get any air moving the whole time. Now wash clothes. Bad, one size fits all, shampoo/body wash, and no conditioner. Retro-fit tub with handle shower head only. Only a single pillow per person. The property is great, it just goes downhill quickly once you get to your room.

A little difficult to find the entrance at night. Breakfast was just ok.

We only stayed here for 1 night during our travel journey, and wish we could have stayed longer. great hotel!
