Good room, without A/C, good bed and large bedroom.

The staff at this hotel really saved our trip! Our stay was excellent, we loved the rooms and the breakfast! But the staff really excelled when my husband forgot his passport and other travel documents in our room when we checked out. They found them, and made sure everything was stored securely in the front desk safe until he returned to collect everything. We are so grateful and highly recommend this place!

Great hotel to stay in for your visit to the castle! Rooms were clean and spacious. Breakfast was good- lots of people eating but service was ready promptly. We were in a large van so we knew the parking garage under the hotel would be very tight, they recommended one just a 5 min walk away that was outdoors and worked perfectly for us.

Beautiful place! We enjoy everything

Hotel is on the edge of the old town of Fussen and a very short walk from the train station, great position. Has own car park beneath hotel, special rate for guests, though quite tight space for your larger car. Reception were helpful when we had questions. Old Fussen is great if you like wandering around old streets, full of shops, bars and restaurants. You have the castles a short bus or car journey away, though, you need to book to ensure you get in on the day you want to go, or take pot luck at the on site ticket office. Nice walks just out side of town, various lakes and the river Lech. We enjoyed our visit.

Great hotel, spacious room. Easily walking distance to sites, close to bus to castles. Staff very helpful. Good buffet breakfast which was included.

The Location is very good! The bus station only 100 meters away. Staff is very friendly.

The hotel was next to the railroad station that ended in town and their was a bus stop there for many of the buses and rides to the castles. I liked the interior of the hotel

Very nice stay

It’s an older property but well maintained and in a great location. Free bus pass to the castle and around town. The staff are very helpful and pleasant. The breakfast was also very good!

Lived our stay. Shower was a little tricky to figure out but we got it. So glad it is a 24/7 since we arrived later than expected. Lovely breakfast and baggage storage while we exploded

The hotel is located in a very convenient spot in town, few steps away from the train station and bus stops with plenty of shopping and dining options close by. The rooms at the hotel were spacious and clean and excellent service while checking in and out.

Quality facility, friendly staff

Many tour buses use this hotel. Noisy outside during the evening/night due to people, smokers, and traffic circle. It was difficult to get sleep if you needed the windows open due to noise and smoke. Some rooms have nicer views of the castle. Dining area could be very busy if tour buses were there at the same time. Nice selection for food. Very convenient location to walk to the old town area with many restaurants and beautiful sights to see. Very close to the train and bus station as well.
