It was really great to stayed at this property. Clean, quiet and beautiful scenery.

The room was spacious and clean, however, we were there for a wedding and there was no place to hang any of clothes or an iron. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

The exact word for this property it’s excellent, very clean, nice, the staff was very helpful during our stay and it’s perfect because the bus stop it’s just in front of property, thank you definitely we will come back

Check in and check out was easy and smooth! The rooms are sparkling clean. Communication through txt was super fast. I really enjoyed it and recommend it to everyone.

We absolutely loved our stay at Montclair Inn & Suites in Zion! Thanks to extensive renovations, this place feels like a brand-new build—we honestly thought it was newly constructed. The updates are exceptional, and every detail shows care and quality. The design is beautiful, and the pool faces some of the most stunning views of Zion’s rock formations. It’s the perfect place to unwind after a day in the park. The beds, pillows, and bedding were incredibly comfortable—we all slept so well. The entire place is spotless, modern, and clearly maintained with pride. We had a small hiccup with the door code, but staff noticed right away and rushed over to help. (Quick tip: just enter the code twice to wake up the keypad—easy fix.) Location-wise, it’s ideal—just a 5-minute drive to the Zion Visitor Center, and we caught the first shuttle into the park with no problem. This hotel is a hidden gem. We’ll absolutely be back and won’t stay anywhere else. Huge thanks to the team for such warm hospitality!

Not as nice as pictures and reviews. Nothing special about this place. It is clean and nice, but seems like a newly updated Motel 6. I would stay again in off season under $100/night, but there are MANY other much nicer hotels and resorts for the price here.

Pros: they clearly just remodeled everything. Rooms were clean overall. Cons: There is no front desk and horrible communication. We were not told that they were remodeling when we booked. The night before we were messaged that the pool and hot tub were not going to be available for our entire stay. This was one of the things that caused us to book here because my daughter loves to swim outside after hiking. The only thing they offered was that we could cancel our reservation. With less than a day's notice, there was no way to do this. Everything was booked or crazy expensive. We were given a room that had no parking anywhere near it, and my husband was on crutches. We had to drag our bags and my husband a long distance to get to the room. Again, with no front desk, I had no way to deal with this in a timely manner. When I would text, I'd get an auto response that was wrong half the time, then an hour later I'd get a real response. The morning we went to check out, I followed the instructions to get ice and water for our water bottles and cooler, but the room was locked and the construction workers said the machine wasn't plugged in yet. I texted for help. It said to go to another building. I did. Walked all the way around the building. Couldn't get in. We were late to our destination because I spent 20 minutes trying to get ice. Finally, an hour later, after we left and had to buy ice and water elsewhere, I got a text saying they could bring some ice to me on 20 minutes.

Nice updated rooms that are very clean. We took advantage of the laundry facility on site. The bus stop for the shuttle to and from Zion National Park is very convenient and since it is one of the first stops to the park, you are sure to get a seat. All self-service. We did no have to contact the staff for anything.

Easy registration. Was given easy to follow check-in and check-out instructions via text and email. Room was ready, clean, quiet, and comfortable.

We stayed in one of the renovated rooms. It was super clean and very well maintained. Easy access to get in and out and check in and check out were a breeze. Will definitely be staying here again!

Very clean, comfortable room and right at Shuttle Stop #7 which made it very easy to get to Zion NP without having to drive.

Not much to look at from the outside but the room was great. Updated very nice. Great coffee machine. This is a contactless hotel but staff was very responsive to text messages. Nice view out our window. Bed was very comfortable.

I’ve never used a computer generated checkin and checkout. It was very interesting but worked well. The only problem was I would like to have had the map of the area (city) ahead of time because in the Grand Canyon we rarely had internet so we when we tried to pull it up we were unable. We feel we missed out on that part in the evening. Otherwise loved the place!

Even though there were no “staff” there, it worked very well, and Alberto’s house keeping was exceptional. Excellent spot, and well located.
