Staff was friendly. The room i had was very noisy. I could hear scraping all night. They also have central AC, but they turn it off starting in October.

Good location for access to the main train station. Lots of restaurants nearby. The lobby is nice, but the room was need of an upgrade. The front desk staff were very nice. However, I did not appreciate housekeeping ignoring the “Do Not Disturb” sign and actually having the nerve to take the Bible out and place it squarely in front of our belongings.

The hotel is very basic the rooms specially single rooms are teeny tiny almost feels like a hostile bathroom is very small, but if you’re looking just to sleep, this is the hotel breakfast actually not bad but other than that, the location is walking distance from the Milano Central station Literally three minutes away

Perfect little pocket hotel around the corner from Milano Centrale. Great breakfast, best cappuccino I’ve had in my life.

Easy access to Centrale Station. Alberto at the front desk checked us in, was very kind. We arrived prior to check in time and without requesting an early check in Alberto gave us the good news that our room was ready so it was a big plus to leave our belongings in our room prior to heading out. Breakfast team were also happy to see us every morning.

Near Railway Station

Absolutely everything was perfect. From check-in, ordering a taxi, to the cleanliness of our room, comfort of the bed, the taste and variety of selection at breakfast, the setting, proximity to the train station and the customer service was incredible. Bravo!

My sister and I stayed just the one night. Elevator for all floors. AC in the room. Clean rooms and staff was nice. You do have to pay for the water in the fridge.

Everything was so dusty, hair on bathroom floor, didn’t trust any thing to touch it. Sneezed all the time and we are not allergic people

Hotel is a short walk from the train station & metro. There were several goid restaurants nearby & the staff were all great.

Great location near Milano Centrale Station that brings you to other parts of the country. The staff was welcoming and great at answering our questions. The only thing I would suggest is to watch out for the bidet handle near the sink as it did accidentally leak when we placed something near it. Overall, great stay!
