The hotel service was good. The room was clean and the breakfast buffet was okay (just okay). I really liked the availability of bicycle rentals. My only real complaints (but impacted my comfort significantly) was absence of a lockbox in my room and the super uncomfortable pillow. On my double wide size bed was a single tiny pillow that was more like a small sandbag than a pillow. It was too hard and small making it very difficult to sleep with. I didn’t sleep well because of it. Do yourself a big favor; bring your own pillow to this hotel!

Love everything about this hotel! The staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast buffet was amazing, and the room was clean. The location was close to the shopping center, so it took less than 10 minutes to walk there. Would definitely return on our next trip to Ishigaki.

Breakfast buffet was amazing!

Convenient location ~ 5 min walk from the ferry terminal (which also has a bus stop for the shuttle bus from the airport). Standard (excellent) breakfast buffet. You can borrow a beach towel, and then just drop it in a bin in the lobby (very helpful for beach trips). Good wifi. Complimentary ice pops and juice available in the lobby.

Nicely presented rooms and lobby. Breakfast is excellent and worthy of a more expensive hotel. Free onsite parking is available. Easy walk to dining district.

The staff were so kind. When I asked questions to them they explained me very detail. The breakfast was so delicious. All of accessories for bath was so nice and I like the powder that was used for bathtub very much because of it nice smell.

very nice hotel. But in the breakfast there is no explanation about the ingredients. It`s better to put some labels on the meal for who has food restriction.

Good for a family of three. My husband and daughter enjoyed the breakfast and the hotel was a quick walk away from the city center where we did a lot of sightseeing and eating meals. Overall great accommodation which was worth the price we paid.

I use almost every time this hotel when I come Ishigaki. It’s reason, 1, Near Ritou Terminal Harbor. 2, Clean room and enough amenities. 3, Nice breakfast buffet. 4, reasonable price.

Situated near town center, just 5 minutes walking distance. More than 50 parking spaces. Breakfast quality is good. Two hours free bicycle, free umbrella and towel. Staff are polite but most cannot communicate in English

Modern, newly renovated, the breakfast buffet was pretty satisfying with many options. The hotel staff was really helpful despite their broken english.
