You guys were perfect and we did enjoy our stay and hope to come back again at your facility when we do return to GENOVA in the summer.

Unusual.hotel very busy bustly when i turned up didnt really understand it ,but by morning i did. Sheets towels spotless rooms made up every day if required....communal areas fun especially crazy bar its a different good concept to the average hotel

Clean with a great common atmosphere.

A really great choice for a stay in Pompeii. Staff is terrific and check-in was a breeze. The room was comfortable and the bed perfect. A very nice breakfast was included.

I LOVED it here!! I walked in, only having booked one night, and IMMEDIATELY decided I needed another night here. Genoa is a beautiful place and the beauty and comfort of this hotel convinced me to stay another day to explore both it, and the city. This place offers so much and is truly worth it. There was never a lack of activity and everyone who worked there is genuine and kind. Right away I was given a map and information regarding the city, good spots to eat, and much more. I cannot recommend them more. They also make great drinks!!

Location and everything else

A great choice if you want to be close to the train Station. But we loved that it was a hotel with a community- I wish all our stays had bees like this place!

I recommend this hotel for comfort, hygiene, and the staff services are exceptional (hotel & bar), in a real and decent way. thank you! We also thank at the reception for they seriousness and promptness, he is attentive to all the details so that everything is perfect, but if you have a wish do not hesitate, they will help you. everything is as in the pictures posted on the site. the street is full of shops and is lively until late in the evening, where you can find everything you want. The services offered were clearly higher than the booking price. Thanks again!

It is not a hotel but a hostel. The room and the bathroom was dirty, installations very old, not renovated for years. The mattress was terrible I could feel each of the metal springs inside ... The whole place is extremely noisy, we did not had a lot of sleep.

Hotel changed name from Brittania to Ostello Bello. Arrival by taxi from airport 10minutes at 17 Euros. Hotel has a submarine theme to it. Free drinks were given on arrival, 2 glasses of Montepulciano. Room spacious. It was great

Run down rooms and student vibe (read loud and uncomfortable). Breakfast was a mess with broken coffee machines and queues for everything. Overpriced for bad quality.

A great location, close to a variety of bars, restaurants and shops. The room was spacious with excellent amenities. Staff were very welcoming and helpful.

Super friendly staff, they offered us welcome drink, helped with all we asked for. Really nice terasse on the 2nd floor with fully equipped kitchen, you can cook for yourself or just enjoy glass of wine. Central position of hotel. Highly recommend we had our 2little kids with us.

Location is near to train station. Front desk staff is courtesy speaks English. Room is dusty as seen in 2 of 4 rooms booked. Lighting is dim, insufficient and below reasonable eyes vision and one of the light does not work (major wall mounted light is not working) no one fix it before we move out. Ok to stay 1 night. Strange construction, some rooms situated 3 steps up from main floor, heavy baggage nightmare.

The hotel should provide two pillows, one hard and one soft for each guest. During my last stay after the cruise, ythe hotel provide room with staircase inside the room which is a fall hazards especially we are seniors.
