The place is located next to a stadium and offers no noise control and you basically do not need a ticket for concerts, you hear it all. Most employees are just dry people.

3 star hotel, I get it. But cockroaches in the room are unacceptable!

Very limited and sketchy parking situations didn’t feel safe leaving property to look for parking or dining. Property has potential but it’s like it’s become the party hotel for young people. Additionally the night of our stay there was a party of about 100 teenagers on a school or group trip which took over the entire facility. They were incredibly loud overnight and they blocked all the walkways in the morning forcing us to dragged luggage across green spaces just to get to front desk.

There is no cover for sun or raining to go to the rooms, and there is no elevator for second level. Service and other facilities were ok, but I think 4 stars with score more than 8 is too much.

Ideal for our needs

Clean, comfortable room- outstanding breakfast, easy parking. The only negative was the outdoor bar, expensive drinks, indifferent bartender, poor service. Would definitely return to this property.

The staff, ALL of them, are top notch. The property was rather dated, but very well kept. The rooms seem to have been updated recently. Very nice breakfast.

Overall good hotel, surrounded by high rises. Well English speaking staff, good breakfast probably best we had so far, good variety of food, mixed of American and Italian dishes. Bar with drinks and snacks after noon. Location is about 20 minutes from centre of town.

This little hotel is a gem. Our room seemed brand new in all ways and super clean. Yet the exterior buildings have the character of a Palermo hotel from the 1800s, and I mean that as a compliment. Great air conditioning. The breakfast is fabulous including the best croissants I have ever tasted, with 4 or 5 choices of fillings. If you need something in this part of town or somewhat close to the airport, this is a winner.

The lowlights were worms crawling on the unused bath towel and the room cleaner who walked in, all the way to the bed I was in, angry that I had not left the room yet when the DO NOT DISTURB sign was clearly on the hallway door.

Very clean, quiet air con, no mosquitoes in the bedroom. Generous breakfast. Friendly staff. Great space for office work and comfortable bed. Sky tv. Noisy because of the receptions next door and concerts nearby. Ok if you choose a room in the 400-odd numbers. Restaurant food was ok. Menu a bit boring to eat every day, but no issue as there are plenty of choices nearby, at walking distance.

Although on-site parking was listed, it was difficult to find, and access to the hotel by car was difficult too. The garden courtyard was pleasant, but rooms at that level (we booked a "standard room") had no ventilation unless you gave up your privacy and opened your door. AC was weak at best and seemed to go off in the morning, leaving us with a stuffy and humid room. The young man who helped us with parking and luggage was great, and the breakfast was ample and quite good. Access to central Palermo is a problem as taxis overcharge for that area.

Bare basic hotel that’s convenient because of the free parking. There’s not much around it but it’s easy to get on the freeway which was what I wanted

Nice hotel in a good location, within driving distance to the airport and the city centre. Spacious room with all amenities (Sky TV included), comfortable bed. The WiFi signal unfortunately couldn't reach our room properly, resulting in slow speed and connection drops. Breakfast was great, with a wide selection of sweet/savoury options and good quality products. The parking in front of the hotel is often busy, but they have an extra area nearby (ask reception).

Excellent hotel, beautiful, modern and cozy! Would easily spend a good few weeks in there, really peaceful place.

Tutto Bene, e anche è molto importante che hanno il parcheggio privato, peccato che l’aria condizionata fosse centralizzata.
