I booked and paid for four rooms on hotel.com for a church youth event. When I checked us in, the clerk refused to give us one of the rooms because the name on it was my daughter who is 18,because the hotel policy is different than hotels.com. It was an ORDEAL. They also only gave us one key per room, so it was another ordeal when it was misplaced. We have stayed there four years in a row, but I’ll never go back.
If they want a different policy than the websites, they shouldn’t use the website to sell rooms.
