Close to Metro. Room is clean.

There for business but hotel staff was freatbhelp. Breakfast is excelent and full, rooms are well siZed and quiet. Plentybof tlstuff tonsee and do around hotel.

We had waited at the front desk for 50 minutes while checking in as they couldn't find my booking at first and the service is surly.

Good size rooms with clean and comfortable bed and bath amenities. Great buffet breakfast with chinese, Japanese and continental choices. Staff is courteous and efficient

Was nice hotel

This hotel is quite old; however I expected some kind of Japanese service. To my disappointment, the staff would rather chat with other, but not help me to get the luggage out of the taxi. The breakfast buffet is also disappointing, with very limited choice. The fruit is not fresh, and the coffee machine is run down. Very poor air quality in the room. You can have 2nd hand smoke every day, leaking from the air conditioner.

The employees were friendly and helpful. I was upgraded to an executive floor room which was very spacious and comfortable. There were some visible wall/ceiling repairs and carpet stains but otherwise in good condition. I requested a late check out which they accommodated. Big breakfast selection. I would definitely stay there again.

The service was very good, as a royal one harmony member, they upgraded my room and gave me a birthday cake, I want to say thanks to the people at Nikko Dalian hotel.

The location is central in town. The service and facilities are 5 star standard. of course, we were upgraded to executive floor as member and the room was excellent. Breakfast spread was good too so much so that u could not sample every item. staff provides good service and not intrusive. location is convenient downtown but tourist destinations are some distance away, so it's more a business hotel. The old tram stops in front of the hotel, parking is convenient but may be charged. The free drinks promised were not provided, although early check in was. Overall a good restful stay.
